Very clean & quiet stay no complaints on staff or other occupants, only things lacking were there were 3 pretty small pillows for 2 people & the blanket was more like a throw blanket than a traditional one

There is a nice view of Manhattan’s skyline from the deluxe room! Loved the proximity to the Brooklyn bridge and Manhattan. This is a smaller hotel and has a great staff. When we first arrived there was a very strong lemon cleaner smell but we opened the door to the balcony and that helped a lot.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and nice. Didnt like it was limited parking at the hotel,(first come ,first served)but plenty of street parking. Plenty of resturants in the neighborhood. Room was clean, housekeeping was on point.

Not much to look at from the outside but the room are clean and comfortable. I felt safe and it's to atlantic avenue, about a 20 minute walk for shopping and good eats. Also barclays center is also in walking distance if you're attending a show l.

Room was nice and clean and quiet. The only part I would change is that while on the site you are shown pictures and asked to select a room. I selected a room with two beds and a balcony. The room did not include a balcony so maybe clearer expectations when choosing a room.

Nice property with on-site free parking (first come, first serve). Very helpful staff. Several blocks easy walk to subway stations. Small terrace overlooked neighboring UHaul location...not worth paying extra for. HVAC consists of through the wall PTAC unit. The air blows directly on the occupants of the bed, not comfortable.

This is my second stay at this hotel, its excellent newer modern design, clean, staff is amazing. You get a balcony with every room. Which i got the back of the hotel which at is excellent view of Manhattan and the Empire State Building you can view. I would definitly reccommwnd stayin here if you are in NY city. The only issue I had was not enough parking on site and the tiny travel size toiletries.

The hotel offers free parking, but it’s on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s best to call ahead to check availability. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. However, the air conditioning label was faded, and the Bluetooth speaker required a PIN that the front desk didn’t know. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor inconveniences.

I stayed at this hotel with my family of five: myself, my three children (7, 9, and 17 years old), and my 73-year-old mother. I had booked a room with two double beds on the website, but the lady at the front desk insisted I had to pay for an extra adult because of my 17-year-old son. Normally, hotels allow a family of five in a two-bed room, and I found her attitude quite arrogant, which gave us a bad start to our stay. Apart from this, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and even suggested nearby attractions for my children, which we really appreciated. We also never had any problem finding a parking spot—there was always space available no matter what time we returned to the hotel. The check-in receptionist was the only one who negatively affected our experience—otherwise, everything else was very good.
