The room was great Staff member- Nathaniel at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay great and helped execute a bday surprise in my hubbys room. The hotel was clean and very quiet. I have no complaints and would stay here again

This hotel charges a $12/day “amenities” fee for services such as bottled water and WiFi. They also do not provide housekeeping services unless requested. However, water bottles were not restocked, WiFi did not work, and we did not receive housekeeping following our request. We were disappointed by the fact that we were charged for amenities not utilized or received. Still, we found the front desk staff attentive and welcoming and enjoyed being located near several attractions.

The heat in the room didn’t work and they said they were going to come and repair it and never came. Their wasn’t any soap or towels upon arrival to the room, no ice , only one luggage cart in the entire hotel ,I’m very dissatisfied and will never stay here again.

Booked a one week stay at this hotel. Upon arrival I liked what I saw, the front desk staff was very welcoming. I was advised that the Restaurant, Bar etc were all closed. But I rarely ever use these facility. After check in I was given a key and went to my room. The room is a decent size room. The Bathroom is nice and big. The issues that I had were that there was no phone in the room to call the Front Desk if I needed anything. The Bed is a platform bed which is not good for me especially since I have back issues. The bedsheets were not fitted bedsheets, neither was the cover for the comforter which had holes and stains in it. The light fixture were broken, the light in the bathroom needed a bulb. There should be more handles in the shower, and there was no soap. Just shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The other issue is that there was no window for me to open to get some air into the room. Security is a joke because I can smell weed and people vaping all night and of course security did not do anything and they can't because they do not know which room is vaping. I would of liked to be able to open the window.
