Catering to groups and families, this pet-friendly haven is a fusion of traditional New Orleans character and modern comfort. Our villa sleeps several guests across 3 exquisite bedrooms, offering 3queen beds and 1 pullout couch. Warm hardwood floors and intricate moldings beneath high ceilings are bathed in natural light, setting an ambiance of old-world elegance.



Take time to unwind in the cozy living room, featuring comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a charming decorative fireplace. Culinary enthusiasts can prepare delights in the well-equipped kitchen, boasting a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential cooking basics. Our host was very quick to respond and friendly too. The place easily accommodated space for six adults (lacks appropriate cookware for those who want to prepare food in-house). The location is six blocks from the trolley and also a Fresh Market which has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and we're able to experience a variety of things to do.

We had a great time here! The home was beautiful with high ceilings and spacious. Very clean, bright, and newly re-modeled. The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay and the location was close to downtown. Some comments we had are that one of the lights was flickering in the master bedroom and the shower in one of the bathrooms was slow to drain. Both of these issues can be easily fixed, however!

Our family of 6 stayed at the property to attend our daughter's graduation from Tulane. Great property. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Short drive to Tulane and French Quarter. Can walk to street car. Nice back patio area too. Easy parking on street. Neighborhood is "transitional" but that is NOLA. Nice security gate so felt secure. Very convenient. Would stay again!

Welp, I can say my staycation went off without a hitch. George was a gracious host. He made my search and booking process super easy. He responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. He was able to accommodate me with my needs and communicated with me along from the time I booked until after. I’m a local who lives on the outskirts of New Orleans and I felt right at home. The home was beautiful the neighborhood was a very familiar neighborhood for me so I felt safe. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to travel in a large group or have small gathering
