I really love the staff I could go on and on about things but I will say this it’s not the Hyatt are the ritz but it’s safe quiet and the staff is really good with you if you need anything I came in at 4:00 in the morning and my room was ready ready… so what I’m trying to say is if you need a place to sleep and you want a comfy bed for the time being this is the place to come I love Nola inn…

This hotel was horrible. 1.) the parking lot smells like dumpster trash on fire. 2.) the doors do not close fully or lock. 3.) there’s trash and cigarette butts in the room on the floor. 4.) the smell inside is cigarette and dirty ass scented. 5.) the bathroom was disgusting with pubes on the toilet seat. This place was absolutely filthy and I will never attempt this or recommend it to anyone they shouldn’t even be open

Hott mess

I took pictures and they were so embarrassing. I deleted them. There were holes in the wall on multiple different walls. They asked me to leave a $20 deposit. They literally let me leave without my deposit. I just happened to come back to get it. I was in a room by the office and everybody sat on the steps and smoked all day and night, so I smell cigarette smoking in my room. It was weird.

The room was horrible the bed had a cigarette hole in it with hair coming out of it the comforter was wrinkled the walls look like kids had colored on it. I just couldn’t stay there at all. I asked for a refund the guy refused to give me my money back I just left!!

Disgusting hotel. Do not stay.

This room was horrible. Dead roaches and cigarette butts on the floor, the room stank of cigarettes, and the bed sheets hadn’t been recently washed. I woke up to bite marks on my body from a few hours of sleep and left to go find another hotel. I would not ever stay here again.

I stayed at budget hotels many times and never had an issue before. They are normally clean. NOLA Inn is by far the worst experience. The bed sheet had stains and there were bug wings on the bed. I requested for a refund and slept at another hotel. The manager denied my refund request. She acknowledged the stains on the bed sheet however she explained that they are washed. The manager also explained that it is normal for bugs to be in the rooms. She said that I should have removed the bug wings and slept on the bed. Be warned, the hotel is unsanitary and borderline hazardous. I was so disgusted that I didn’t take pictures.

Run down is acceptable. All things fade with time. Urine drops on the toilet seat and lid (!) are not. The site is a health hazard as other reviewers have remarked. I found the manager very polite when we spoke on the phone and we shared a laugh because we kept getting disconnected and thought the other was hanging up on us even though it was out of character. I get the feeling it is not her choice to have a policy that if a guest refuses to stay they only refund one day’s fees. Take heed when you see that a hotel has a policy of “If you stay longer than five minutes and then decide to depart you will not be refunded.” I was in the room less than two minutes and then declined to stay. This is not a recommended facility. Don’t stay here.

I called several days before my scheduled stay and confirmed a ground floor room. However upon arrival, I was told they no longer had a ground room. The desk clerk demanded a cash to look for another room. I booked through Expedia and even purchased their travel Ins. Neither Expedia or NOLA Inn delivered for me. I don't recommend Expedia or NOLA Inn because they don't do what they promise to do and don't stand behind their commitments. Wheres my refund?
