Nice stay

Front desk staff very pleasant and attentive. Room very clean. Coffee very good. Just wish there were at least 2 bottles of water provided. For $200 a night, there should have been water.

Not enough front desk help in the evenings. I asked for down pillows and towels and instead of being brought up to me I had to go downstairs and bring them up in a giant black heavy trash bag! I didn’t get any pillow cases and none of them were down. You have a handicap guy doing all the work and he can hardly get around! It’s really not cool to him or the people that stay there who need help. He was working very hard and is extremely kind!! You need more staff in the evenings!

The staff were welcoming. The room was very clean and well set up. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the shower had less water pressure than I'm used to. Breakfast was good, hot, and nutritious, with some variations each day. Highly recommend!!

No one was at the front desk when we got here to check us in. We had to walk around knocking on doors trying to find someone. Probably 15 or 20 minutes later. We finally found someone unacceptable.

Love the renovations - everything was excellent. Staff is above par and very helpful Pool, Hot Tub and Work out rooms exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and server was very polite and attentive. We love this hote.
