Hair in fridge and dirt visible in shower. Water pressure in Shower was low. Beds were uncomfortable and sheets were scratchy. Room was advertised to have Crib availability. No crib instead was provided with pack n play that was stained. No sheets were available for packnplay. Breakfast was good and staff was exceptional. Homewood was more expensive compared to others in the area and we only booked based on crib accommodations. We could have saved $ by booking another hotel chain amd bringing our own packnplay

Decent place

Everything was fine. The staff was friendly, but I wasn’t interacting with many of them on my stay. Be prepared if you stay there and intend on cooking in the room, you better bring your own knife. They have all the equipment you need to cook a dinner in there, but they do not provide any form of knife, except for silverware. It was a major letdown for me, because I had intended on making sandwiches and had no knife to cut the bread. They wouldn’t even provide me one at the front desk. I’m assuming it’s a corporate decision, and quite a silly one. Considering there’s a cutting board in the room. Just nothing to cut with. The breakfast buffet is nice, and changes daily. They have a free coffee bar in the mornings, but not in the afternoons. I did not check, but it looks like you can buy a coffee at the front desk in the afternoons. Unfortunately, for me, I was working overnight shifts, and really would’ve loved coffee on my way out to work at 4:30 in the afternoon. That was not to be

The single picture of the pool is entirely misleading and the biggest reason I booked here. Was extremely disappointed with the small pool. The fridge in the suite said it was on the coldest setting yet nothing stayed cold. Was worried about dairy products. It was like someone broke the dial at “4” and turned it to 9 to make you think it was cold. Long hairs found all over bathroom area upon arriving. The pillows are awful. Felt like I was drowning because it was so soft and not supportive. The king size bed was not very comfortable. Woke up very sore. The sofabed was not large enough for my 11 and 7 year old to share. Had to request a rollaway bed which helped, but had to request it more than once. There are items for purchase on site, but if you don’t want to spend $26 on six beers, go down the street to the Rutter’s convenience store for regularly priced beer. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Offered free WiFi that was alright but not for all the devices we had. Paid $9.90 for two days of WiFi for all our devices and that worked well without any streaming issues.
