Most of the reviews are incredibly misleading. Carpets in hallway and room are old, stained, animal hair and bathroom shower had stains. Only stayed 1 night and will never book this hotel again. Poorly constructed building so you hear everything! Didn’t even look at breakfast area just wanted to leave.

I found the rooms to be very clean and the cleaning crew to accommodating in regards to providing extras when requested. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to suggest local places to eat as well as local attractions.

Bathroom was dirty. Soap rack was ripped off the wall in the shower and the shower floor was dirty. The room was okay and bed was decent. Breakfast was rough. For 200+ a night, shoulda went to Wyndham down the road.

Room was clean enough. Hallway carpet stains have been there for at least the 4 years I have visited. Flush toilet needed repair - promptly done. Some employees seemed indifferent to conversation. Desk personnel very helpful and friendly.

From the moment I checked in I’ve had 3 separate charges on my card , that’s after already paying for the room. A dollar hold incase of damages is one thing but charging 2 other transactions without my authorization is ridiculous. If I knew there would be more charges I would have just stayed somewhere nicer since I’m being charged the price of a nice hotel after all these other charges.
