The overall smell of the hotel was not pleasant, they need to improve it. Need to renovate the elevator. There was 2 cockroaches when we enter our room, meaning its not clean and the pillows was not a pillows it's a throw pillow. The staff at the reception was fine. They need to work hard to improve the cleanliness and smell of Ramada. As of now i cannot recommend it.

The bathroom, floors, and surfaces were not very clean. The tub did not drain properly. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was no body wash in the dispenser. The elevator was very old and moldy.

Online check-in is a waste of time, the exact same information needed to be provided to the front desk. The breakfast bar had a few ants walking around. Room #231 is situated adjacent to a stairwell where the door needs to be lubricated and door closer set so not to slam shut. This was very disappointing especially since the stairs were very convenient at 12-14 people used them between 11pm and 7am waking me several times throughout the night. Lastly the open electrical box outside which is part of the access control system should be addressed

2 star at most good in a pinch

The rooms are clean but no storage of you are staying a few days such as drawers The hallways are dirty and the elevator. The breakfast is very little, you have cereal, muffins, bagels and waffles and you have to tell them to fill everything because they are interested watching their phone. The weed smell at night a rough in the hallways.

The distance to event I was going to was the only positive. There was nothing to like of this place. Not the quality that is normally associate with the Ramada name. Whichever cleaning product they are using should be upgraded. The room floor requires replacement. There were broken liement boards and sticky. The odor was very offensive also.

The doors to the rooms had big gaps which made it where you can hear someone talking clear as day. Don’t book with the reserve now pay later, they will charge your card for all that you boon as soon as you get a confirmation number even though you want to pay at the hotel, then they will blame Expedia for it. Better to book somewhere else.
