Very clean, staff is friendly & accommodating - the rooms are uniquely designed & comfortable. I would only suggest that an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a nice touch for added comfort & privacy.
The styling was lovely and Kudos to the front desk for being super helpful! However, I did not appreciate hearing the sexual exploits from the room next door - there truly was little left to the imagination. It was also easy to hear telephone conversations from other rooms. The pool was freezing cold and the "hot" tub was only a warm tub.

I stay here every year. After the remodel since last year, we could hear everything in the adjacent room. Their alarm went off and I tried to shut ours off, people talking on the telephone, etc. I love Hamptons, but I don't know what happened to this one.

Enjoyed being able to warm up in the jacuzzi, everything was good all around.
Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to from highway. Staff accommodating. Business Center a plus. Wi-Fi very slow! Altogether, a good stay.

Room and hotel were nice and clean. A/C was comfortable but noisy. Hotel location was good with decent restaurants and other amenities nearby. While the coffee was very good and cereal and toast is always okay, the rest of the breakfast was not something to look forward to. Staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

We arrived very late at night, but were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk. The room was very nice, great pillows and comforter. The best part was the great breakfast offerings the next morning: oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, fresh bagels, a variety of juices and condiments.
Traveling with young grandsons who were interested in the pool. By far, this was the best indoor pool that we have had occasion to utilize! Would stay here again anytime.
