You can easily walk to some restaurants that are nearby or bring a car and travel to the heart of New Braunfels



Other Things to Note:

There are 2 parking passes hanging on the coat hanger behind the front door. It must be IN your windshield and vehicle has to be parked in the allotted spot (or a blank one) or they will tow you to San Antonio. There are wristbands in the bowl as soon as you walk in the condo. These are for you to wear while by the pool, at the river, or in the park area. Security comes by and checks them often. Your door code for the smart lock (black box ABOVE the door handle) was sent in a separate email. Push the Yale button to awaken the lock, put in code, then the checkmark (bottom right). To lock push the Yale button. Your code begins at 4 pm on the day of check-in and ends at 11 am the day of check-out (unless you requested early check-in or late check-out).

Short and sweet trip

We took our kids for a quick get away. The condo was clean and we felt we had everything needed. Security was noticeable during the day. Night time became very loud as if our neighbors partying in their own balcony were literally in our bedroom. No one slept at all our first night. Communication with our management team did the trick and we did not hear or see from them until the last day. We would stay again. Pool and go tub very clean, grounds kept well. Owner gave correct details in descriptions.
