Property was great. Wanted a first floor room because we’re seniors and no elevators. None available. My fault Should have made that request when i made reservations

Our bed had some hard springs. Was tolerable though. They did offer a good breakfast.

Check in time listed in hotels website is 3pm. We arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready and they had us wait another hour before letting us check in. Was never told at check in that we have to bring out towels down to a certain area to then get fresh new towels for our stay. We spent more than 2 nights in hotel and had to ask for clean towels as no one ever came by when we were gone to freshen up. If you are a light sleeper I do not recommend. Very loud from all the cars on the highway constantly

Little noisy

We arrived at 3 pm on May 25. We were dismayed that there was no elevator. We dragged our suitcases up to the second floor. On entering the room we immediately smelled that someone had been smoking in the room. We tried calling the front desk but the phone was not working. We then discovered that there was urine in the toilet. We went down to the front desk and said that we would not be staying at this place. They charged us anyway. We will certainly not be staying at a Best Western Inn again.

The staff were not attentive or pleasant. I would not be in their covid induced environment and rules. Having to go and get towels every morning, leave towels and garbage outside of rooms and no room service was a third world experience. The cars being repaired outside our room, along with cigarette smoking outside the room, people cleaning out their cars and leaving their garbage in the parking spaces, car alarms going off at night was below par. I thought I was at a Motel 6.

I loved the location and service was great! I had an early surgery and and our stay was real close.

The staff was wonderful, very polite. Melanie and Jalyn were great (front desk). However, there is no elevator, and on requesting a room, realize you may be placed in an exterior room, which I was on arrival. I was uncomfortable, and Melanie was very understanding of my concerns. She moved me immediately to an interior room (fortunately there was one available). The overall stay was nice, I just wish I had known about the exterior rooms and no elevator prior to booking the room.

A nice hotel. Convenient, clean and a comfortable quiet room

Driving late at night we booked a room and check in was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and nice and quiet.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and waffles available everyday with a nice assortment of pastries. My son has a food allergy and the staff was fine with us bringing our own waffle batter and bread in to use. The mattresses in our room were perfect for us. Not too firm, but has a nice pillow top feel without sinking too far in. The microwave and the fridge in the room was great. We especially like that the sink was separate from the shower/toilet. Makes it easier for multiple family members to get ready.

Wonderful staff ,very clean rooms.. All I needed.Yes I would recommend to anyone . Great easy stay by water park..thanks staff. Nice breakfast too.

First time staying this area for business. I was disappointed to learn that my room was not in the main building, but was actually in the building behind the main one, with doors that opened to the outside. As a single passenger, this wasn't very comfortable or secure. I was also disappointed to learn that there was no fitness facility of any kind on site. Not good for those of us trying to steal a few minutes of a work out in between meetings. Will not stay here again.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast and close to the attractions we wanted to see.

I needed a place to stay in New Braunfels. We were having a family getaway weekend. I selected the the king with the pull out sofa bed. I'm sure glad I did. The room was huge and very clean. It was very quite at night. I will definitely come back again. The staff was very friendly.

We had a king bed room, it was clean enough. The air-conditioning was very strong. Breakfast was good. Except the hair dryer in our room had a bad burning smell when I tried to use it. Luckily I brought my own just in-case. Overall, It was good experience.

Super Value and Staff service Room is spacious and comfortable Staff is very attentive, hotel is very new. The location is convenience off the I-35 and best stay for Schlitterbahn and San Macros trip

breakfast not so good. sides of pool needed cleaning hot tub water level was below jets so they sprayed water on your face.
