The room had been released to the public too soon! Lamp shades didn't have nuts on the top of the shade frames, the bathroom door didn't fit so it rubbed twice each time it was opened or closed, the maid would come at the end of her shift and leave us no choice, if we wanted fresh towels, we had to do it ourselves...bathroom was filled with construction dust in the corners...etc. Overall, someone wasn't doing their job.

The hotel was just ok. For what it cost, we’d expect more. The door was off level or something and it was heavy to open and close. We joked that it was a prison door. The room did not smell good at all, it was musty like or dirty something. The restroom baseboard was broken and the toilet paper holder had been replaced so the old holes were just filled with putty. It wasn’t all “bad,” I would just expect more for the price. It was a great area with lots of options for dining, entertainment and even a church all within walking distance. It felt safe. I wouldn’t “highly recommend” here, but it will work if it’s all that’s available.
