Clean and nice location
The pool was a great spot for kids & there were several family friendly dining options within walking distance
Your staff was all amazing. The morning breakfast was plentiful and your gym was well appointed and spotless. However, I would have liked there to be a safe in the room. I accutally booked this hotel because the amenities on Orbitz listed a safe. There was not a safe in the room or a lock box at the front desk. I am in insurance business and cannot leave my laptop unlocked. So I had to carry my laptop in my purse everywhere we went. I was disappointed in that. Also, some of the other suites hotels have offered free use of the washing machines and even provided a laundry basket for our use while we stayed. Those small touches would have really made my stay much more enjoyable.

I travel A LOT! Several things: the bars of soap are nice size. The breakfast is yummy! The check in and every time you walk in, they greet you. I love that!

Is a great location and excellent room setup for our family needs.
We stayed here to float the river, a straight shot down the road. We swam at the pool and grilled burgers on the provided gas grills. All in all a very comfortable and clean Hotel! Very convenient location for accessing town and the river areas. Close enough to the highway for easy access but far enough to avoid all noise.
Location next to an abundance of things to do. Shopping, restaurants, HEB, etc. You could stay and enjoy the area

Newer hotel with ample free parking. Decor is nice. Easy to get to. Near shopping & dining. Rooms are large and equipped for extended stay- rooms have a couch, a small office space (desk), mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop, cabinets.
The front desk staff was not at the desk when we walked in but watching T.V. When we went down the next night to ask for something they were in the lounge watching T.V. again and did not even get up. The next morning I called down to ask if we could get an extended checkout and the lady that answered the phone rudely told me no I cannot.
Terrible. I would not stay here again. We had to wait almost two hours after check in time to actually check in, the rooms weren't very clean. I could tell that the linens weren't changed. The beds were not comfortable, and the staff were very rude.
The floors in this hotel were filthy. Too bad because it was really a good value, serving both daily breakfast and light dinner Monday thru Thursday.
Dead bolt on room would not work. No room service. Had to get TP roll, shampoo, towels and Kleenex from front desk myself since they were not in room! One of the two elevators was not working through our stay. Breakfast bar service was slooooww!
