Newly renovated 1-bedrm apartment in Neenah, minutes from shopping & restaurants

Unwind in Neenah at this lovely, newly renovated duplex apartment. This property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, two dressers, and closet space perfect for 1 or 2 guests. Fully stocked kitchen along with Keurig, toaster, microwave, and everything needed if you prefer to cook meals. Make yourself comfortable in front of the 75” tv in our comfortable living room during leisure time. Washer and dryer are located in basement. We do not have central air, but there is a portable A/C unit and ceiling fan in bedroom. Parking is available in the driveway adjacent to apartment. There’s a great bowling alley across the street that serves food and if you’re up for a short stroll there’s a Dairy Queen right around the corner. Solea Mexican restaurant offers a fabulous menu and is right off Highway 41. If you’re a hiking or disk/traditional golf enthusiast, opportunities are just a short drive away. Enjoy the cozy, comfortable atmosphere and amenities, minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, and a short drive from both Appleton and Oshkosh. We are conveniently located a few miles from the EAA AirVenture grounds. We hope you enjoy what our place and Neenah and surrounding areas have to offer.

The property was as very excellent. Very clean fully furnished with a lot of extras. The owner was very responsive and understanding. Very understanding of our inexperience with renting this type of unit. Can’t say enough good things about this whole experience

The house was clean and cozy. It is easy to access from the highway, and also in close proximity of the local schools and shopping. The owners were also hopeful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again on future visits.
