This hotel is highly questionable. During our 9-night stay, our room was NEVER cleaned. After the first night, we went to the front desk to ask when housekeeping would come, and the staff member looked at us as if we were speaking another language. Someone did come later that day, but only to make the bed and give us towels.
Every day, there was a new issue. On the first night, we saw a cockroach in the room. There were no hangers for our clothes, no kitchen utensils or plates provided, and no potable water available to refill our bottles, which forced us to buy our own. The hot water situation was extremely frustrating, as most of the time there was none, and when we were lucky, it lasted no more than 30 seconds.
Each time we asked for something, the staff seemed confused, as if our requests were unreasonable. This was especially disappointing because the exterior of the hotel is very cute and well maintained, and we saw it being cleaned every day, while the rooms were clearly neglected.
Although the staff members were generally kind, it is difficult to understand why basic services were not provided. Our stay significantly affected our trip, as we never felt comfortable enough to relax in the room, and by the end of our stay, the room was simply disgusting.
We do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for long stays, and had we known all of this beforehand, we would never have booked it.
