*QUIET HOURS: please refrain from making noise after 11 PM

*PARTIES: parties are not permitted in any of our suites

*SMOKING: smoking is not allowed in our suites under any circumstances

*LOBBY AREA: guests must be covered when entering and leaving the lobby area for the beach or pool

*SAND: please use the outdoor shower when exiting the beach to rinse off any sand before entering the building & use the showers in the pool area to rinse off before entering the pool; please also dry off before entering the lobby

*HALLWAYS: please do not leave any shoes or bags in the hallways outside of your suite

*BEACH & POOL AREA: no glassware is allowed in these areas, please only use plastic & paper products. We also kindly ask you clean up any garbage to keep the areas clean for other guests & residents to enjoy

*GARBAGE: each floor has a garbage container located in the staircase

Wonderful Option to Baha Mar

Our family enjoyed a terrific week in the unit which was up to date, clean and had all the modern amenities we needed. The bedrooms and closets were quite spacious, and the porch over the pool was a nice hang out. Winnie and the front desk team were always ready to help us out with any questions or needs. The private Sulgrave Manor beach is a great asset given the busyness of Baha Mar next door. We liked being so close to the Baha Mar activities and restaurants but being able to return to the quiet and solitude of the condo (walking around Baha Mar reminded our family of the energy and crowds of Las Vegas). We didn’t have a rental car but took advantage of the taxi line across the street to go downtown, to a restaurant and to the Super Value grocery store (the driver will wait while you shop for an extra fee; always get the price up front). We went to the store because of a toddler with particular eating habits. Last observation — make restaurant reservations in Baha Mar early! Great food but books up months in advance in high season. Again, a great place to stay.
