Furnished guest house above pool house/garage. New construction. Two bedrooms, two full baths, and open kitchen and living/dining room. Stainless steel appliances, farm sink and custom tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Bathrooms have custom sconces and mirrors.

There is a parking pad for 2 cars and a completely separate entrance for the apartment. The pool is not included with the space, as it goes with the main house. Washer and dryer available inside the garage.

The home is located in the heart of 12th South in Nashville, TN. This neighborhood is the trendiest neighborhood in all of Nashville; you'll be close to everything!

Great spot in 12 South

Such a great location that is walkable to some of the best in Nashville. Communication was quick and helpful and the property itself was spotless and extremely well stocked. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location within the city was nice, however it is located on an alley and you'll have to dodge trash cans and construction trucks to get in and out. The apartment was as shown. The closets are large and the beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were not so we ended up providing our own. It is located over a garage so if you are a light sleeper, you will hear the garage door going up each morning around 7:30. The hosts readily answered our questions, but they never welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, or gave us any information about Nashville. We never ever met them although we stayed there for 3 months. The place was clean, but we had to do a lot to get it ready like empty the dishwasher, locate towels downstairs in the dryer, attach the trash can and even have our own second key made. I think this is best for a short stay.

Perfect stay for Nashville

We had an extended stay while building our home to move here. Angie could not of been more accommodating and wonderful to us! It is a very quiet and safe area. 12 south is a unique street with lots of restaurants/bars/shops all within walking of the apartment. Also only a short cheap Uber to downtown boardway area and all the other neat Nashville neighborhoods. The apartment is new and well decorated , kept very clean which makes you feel very comfortable during your stay. So thankful we found this place, it made our move and transition period smoothe and enjoyable !! Highly recommend

It is "the perfect hideaway"

This apartment is perfect! It is quiet, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It is a very short walk to everything in 12 south, and a short ride downtown, to the Gulch, to Germantown, etc. It has everything you need if you are calling it home for a few days or for a few months. The apartment is as advertised: high-end finishes, high quality furnishings, and an extremely relaxing stay!
