★Layout★
This home has 3 wonderful stories! Enter on the ground level and take advantage of the spacious common areas. There's a half bath here for your convenience. Head up to the next level for two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom! The last level holds the third bedroom with another queen size bed plus a full size sleeper sofa, if needed. This bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a huge shower and private access to a balcony/upstairs deck! If you have a larger group, there are also two Simmons memory-foam fold-out beds that you can utilize as needed.

There is room for two cars in the detached garage and two additional cars parked in tandem in the driveway.

Germantown is one of the most vibrant and centrally located neighborhoods in Nashville. A few blocks northwest of downtown, it's lined with beautiful Victorian buildings and homes and is known for having some of the city’s best restaurants as well as shops, bars, and breweries.

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

For those of you considering NOT having a car, trust us when we say you DO NOT NEED A CAR AT ALL! Walk to eats, drinks, and activities in historic Germantown. You'll be a hop, skip, or jump from everything that Nashville has to offer. You can easily grab an Uber or Lyft and be anywhere in 5-10 minutes tops and for less than $7 one-way before tip. Save your rental car funds for eats and drinks around town!
