Amazing place to stay close to Green Hills and Downtown

We enjoyed staying here, as the home was convenient to the Green Hills and downtown venues. The property management team provided easy check-in and check-out, responded to messages quickly, and checked in frequently. If you like to cook, you’ll find a fully appointed kitchen that will remind you of home

Great location, super responsive hosts

Overall, this was a great stay. I had a minor issue with one of the tv remotes not working, and they were so quick to respond and resolve it. The location is very central, and I liked being able to park so close. I wish the weather was nicer when I was there because I would have loved to sit out in the yard at the fire pit! So cute! The only recommendation I'd make is that it would have been nice to have a lamp/alternative lighting in the living room.

Great location! Cozy place to stay!

I stayed here for a week and it felt like home! I cooked most of my own meals (the kitchen had everything I needed), enjoyed lounging on the couches in the afternoon, and slept great in the comfy king bed. The last weekend three friends visited and they took over the other bedroom. It worked out great for all of us!

Nice two-bedroom duplex

Nice two-bedroom duplex. Brandon was a great host. He answered questions quickly. The duplex was nice and cozy. The bed was nice and comfortable. There weref a lot of towels and linens if needed. Broadway is close but I recommend taking an Uber. Parking there will kill your wallet. I would stay again.

Not quite as advertised

We were looking for something with three beds within walking distance of most of the sites that was also quiet. So I’m researching things, this location seemed perfect until we got there. The neighborhood, I am guessing, was recently gentrified because the house next to the one we were in was a bit frightening. Go a few blocks in the wrong direction and the neighborhoods get sketchy. We ended up in one half of the house and the online instructions contradicted what was messaged to us for check in (it referenced using a lockbox when there was just a key pad. The o line instructions also said that the WiFi did not require a password, which it actually did I). The house itself needs a little TLC. A lot of things were dusty, the door to the bathroom was beat up and there were other things broken. We could walk easily to 12 South and Musoc Row but the Gulch/Broadway was a long walk. However, we were happy to discover 12 South and wouldn’t have if we had t stayed at this location. The Hallston staff was very responsive on our issues. The king bed we slept in was very comfortable and the backyard was nice to relax in.

Great stay

Blue Bungalow's location worked very well for us when our newest family member required surgery at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped to cook meals. We would rent Blue Bungalow again if we return to the area.

Belmont University toyr

In Nashville to tour Belmont University. This location was in perfect location to walk to campus, Music Row, Vanderbilt University. Easy drive or Uber to downtown (~1.5 miles) look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nashville Stay

We were very satisfied with the property and the property manager. They did everything in they’re power to make our stay more pleasant. I was in Nashville for 30 days for a medical procedure and my dates had to be changed twice. The property manager was glad to accommodate us right up until time to check in.
