Our host was amazing! She was able to get us an early check in, which we appreciated very much. The condo was clean and inviting. We loved the views from both patios. Loved the location, a little off the main roads which made it very quiet & peaceful, but also easily accessible for Uber rides, pickup/drop offs. Location was also within walking distance to several restaurants and points of interest. We highly recommend this condo & would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful patio to sit and relax with friends and comfortable beds. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was very clean and it was great to wake up and have coffee available to brew. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo for two couples. Beds comfortably, plenty sitting space for everyone in living room. unfortunately due to weather we were unable to enjoy patios. Nice walk to Broadway down hill. Felt safe to walk anytime. One suggestion if you plan to cook check what is and isn’t available before you go shopping. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Nashville, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some quiet time but easy to walk or get a cheap Uber ride. Communicate was excellent. Had an initial issue with security keypad. But once we figured it out we were good. Thank you for the stay.

Simply amazing experience and stay in this beautiful river front condo. So happy we changed from a hotel to this. Location was perfect and easy walk to tons of venues. Everything was easy from beginning to end. Great location - we drove, walked and used Uber without any issues. Condo had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable, noise levels basically non-existent, didn’t even notice the train after a couple hours! Would stay again for sure!

Celebration Trip

We stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife and college graduation for our daughters, and the condo is gorgeous.The views are amazing and the rooftop patio is an added plus. It's close enough to everything and quiet at the end of a long day/ night on Broadway. We walked during the day but chose to uber at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Cosmic baseball

We came in from MS for the night to watch the cosmic baseball game and really wanted somewhere walkable to make it easier when we got in. We had all the information before we got there, and the hosts made sure to check that everything was going well so far (even though we didn't realize because we got in right before the game started). It was nice being able to park once for the whole stay and walk just a few blocks to the stadium. The condo was clean and exactly as described. It's beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable to sleep in, and we really appreciated the availability of the coffee maker and coffee even though we ended up not needing to use it because we decided to go out for breakfast before we departed in the morning. Would 100% book again!

We loved staying at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that there was covered parking included. Short Lyft drive to Broadway. We also loved sitting on the two patios and watching the river flow by. Would highly recommend staying here
