Beautiful property

This was a beautiful property that worked perfectly for the number of people in our family who stayed there. It was conveniently located and the rooftop had a great view of the downtown skyline. I highly recommend this property.

Graduation house for family

Large family staying here for our daughter's graduation from Vanderbilt. The esthetics of the house was beautiful. It was clean, close to downtown and the university. The bedding options gave us the most flexibility with so many people. The beds were all comfortable which is not always a given in homes nor hotels. We really enjoyed the accommodations. Beware! The staircases are long if you have anyone that does not do well with stairs. We would stay here again 100%.

Nice space

This home was a great space for 10 adults. Wish the bunk bed was a single bed on the third floor. It was wobbly and had a support on ladder. Location is about 7 minutes uber ride to downtown. Nothing around to walk to for coffee or grocery store.

Fantastic Home Close to Downtown

This was the perfect house for our group for the weekend. It was clean and had plenty of room. Downtown was a short Uber ride away. Would stay here again!

Great stay a few kinks but overall recommend!

Great property, new and in a new area. Not able to walk to much. We weren't able to check in when we arrived and had to wait for a text back as code we were given wasn't working. Pictures show three couches in the living when there are only two. Rooms are clean, patio is very nice. Overall would recommend. We had 12 adults and everyone fit comfortably!

Loved it!

Perfect for our party of 10! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and not step over each other. Kitchen well stocked with plates, coffee pot, pans etc! Super clean and very comfortable. Quick Uber to downtown. Never paid over $25 for a ride and even came back late during prime hours. Owner was very quick to respond and fix hot water in master. Great place, highly recommend!

Nashville Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. The property was great, rooftop beautiful, and enough space for the nine of us. We were close enough to downtown, that getting to and from there was quick and easy. There were grocery stores close by, which was very convenient. We went to Radnor Lake State Park for a hike, the ride there was easy and we got to see different areas of the City. We would definitely come back to Nashville and stay in one of John and Emily’s condos. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week.

We had a great trip to Nashville. The house was great and everything that we needed.

The house was wonderful and perfect for our group. Our only request would have been some night stands and mirrors in the bedrooms. But other than that, it was PERFECT!

Long weekend with friends and family

We booked for a long weekend at this property it was 5 couples between 40 to 50 in age. The property is very modern and had more then enough room for us all. The roof top deck was a nice quiet place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. John answered any questions I had in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to deal with.

50th birthday Nash Bash

The property was very nice. We had adequate beds for everyone and just the right amount of bathroom space. The home is beautiful, however it is all stairs! 3 flights of stairs each day was exhausting to say the least. The rooftop was beautiful in the evening. It would have been nice to have more seating and a table for everyone to enjoy the rooftop views. Additionally, plan to have a car or Uber available each time you leave, as downtown is quite a walk. Nashville was a blast!

Girls trip

We had six adults and the property was just as described. Plenty of room and just enough bathrooms. A baking sheet would be helpful as we did cook breakfast while there. Overall quick trip downtown and neighborhood safe and for the most part quiet. A table outside in the upper deck would have made the area even better. Thanks for a great time Nashville!
