We got in later than expected and didn't have our opry tickets printed out. A staff stayed over her shift and helped us to get everything done. We made it on time. Only objection was that the eating area for breakfast didn't have enough seating. Good complimentary breakfas though.

Met our needs for a clean and comfortable place to sleep.

The room was spacious and clean and the pool was a great place to cool off on a hot day. Staff polite but not very forthcoming with information such as availability of pool towels, breakfast info, etc.

The room was very nice and the staff was awesome. But the location was in the bad part of town. No local bar close. Did not want to be out past dark on the motorcycle.

Booking online without having ever stayed at a Sleep Inn, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was not disappointed in any way though. The hotel was nice and clean. You sometimes find hallways to smell damp or musty, but this wasn't. The staff was friendly. It was a perfect location centered around everything we wanted to do. We just needed at least one more day to fit in everything else. I'd gladly stay there again.

If you are looking to stay close to Nashville's downtown nightlife but don't want to pay upwards of 200 dollars per night, Sleep Inn is your hotel. You are only about 10 minutes away from town, and we cabbed it for 20 bucks. The room, was neat and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the overall look of the place. Better than I expected. Great value.

Thr neighborhood was rough, but the hotel served it's purpose. Which was for us to be able to get some peaceful shut eye.

We checked in early and went downtown right away to watch basketball games. We had a great time in Nashville, we really did not spend much time in our hotel room.

Staff is nice and rooms are clean. Breakfast is also really good. Didn't swim but pool looked clean

The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and a Walgreens. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. We will be staying again next year.

Was in town for business, not looking to spend tons of time at the hotel so wanted something cheap and conveniently located. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern decor of the hotel (looked recently renovated). Good breakfast, internet worked fine, staff was extremely friendly. I would stay here any time I go back to Nashville.

That was the most disgusting experience first of all there's was just one person attending this hotel at nite,he was very rude and not very polite,i had a two bed non smoking room booked, when i got there he said he only had a two bed smoking,i asked to speak with the manager and he said there was nobody else but him and that the manager will not come back till monday this was a saturday nite, i am a non smoker so ppl who don't smoke will understand so i had no choice and i had to take this room wich was horrible walls all dirty and blood stains the toilet was lose the shower faucet fall apart carpet hasn't been clean in a while it seems, but i've learned the lesson to not book at this cheap hotels and spend a little bit more and get a nice hotel room and clean so if u ever think about to book at this hotel think about it twice.

The hotel was not very clean, the receptionist was outside smoking when we arrived, the coffee pot was broken, the shower faucet dripped constantly, and it was not a pleasant stay.

The room was scary to say the least. It was a dirty scary neighborhood. Behind the hotel people were working on their cars and hanging out. The room was literally falling apart. You had to lift and slam the shower door to get it to close, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the telephone didn't work. I could go on and on. I feel like some one should have paid me to stay there not the other way around.

Old fashioned heater, somewhat inconvenient bathroom design...no bathtub, sink outside bathroom.

Stayed for one night, staff was friendly, room was clean, and the hotel was newly renovated. My only complaints are that the entry/exit way to the hotel was hard to get in and out.

As of the end of September 2011, the hotel is being renovated. Though a mess, this is tolerable. But standard features like A/C did not work properly, internet kept cutting out and electrical controls were broken. Breakfast was meager. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Shower pressure was minimal.

My friend and I were in Nashville for the Country Music Marathon. We were grateful to find a nice place to stay that was not expensive. This location was especially nice because we were 10 minutes away from where we needed to be. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better stay.

Attended a funeral in the area. It really smelled as you entered the lobby. Although it was clean in the room and it was late so we were desperate. Nashville is a expensive area so we stayed.
