Lobby had an overwhelming perfumey smell and hallway carpet looked old and stained. The room itself wasn't bad & the beds were very comfortable.

The property is decent and clean. I was in town for an interview and it was only a short drive from where I was interviewing.

Beds were comfortable and property was quiet. It was a convenient location not staying right in downtown Nashville but close enough to downtown, the airport and the opryland area where we attended an event. Nice staff and a comfortable room.

The place was clean and adequate, especially for a last minute trip.

When I booked the rooms, I was under the impression that I could pay in cash once I arrived. That was not the case. The rooms were very clean and the dining area was also. The staff wasn’t that friendly. My girls and I went down for breakfast and I guess it was the owner, but he made me feel very uncomfortable. He was staring at us like we weren’t supposed to be there, so we went back to our room and ate at the Waffle House next door.

Nice close enough to downtown to catch a cab or uber. Staff was wonderful, old hotel in need of repairs.

Located in s very busy area so night noises. Room was great but rest of fasciitis needs renovation. All rugs should be replaced or at least regularity cleaned.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and it was a really good place to stay. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was in working order and maintained. It was super close, like a 10 minute drive, from Downtown Nashville, Broadway and the Opry Mall. I would recommend this hotel to others and I will keep it in mind when returning to Nashville!

I was here last year for my birthday and the experience was great. I came back to celebrate my mom's and sister's birthday and had a great time. Staff was excellent, the manager gave us tips are places to visit. I will definitely come back here again.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The young man at the counter saw that I came down very early for our 6 day stay to get coffee around 5:30. I didn't want to go back to the room and wake up my friends and would stay in the lounge and he would turn on the news for me every morning when he saw me. We will be staying there again when we come back.

We got in later than expected and didn't have our opry tickets printed out. A staff stayed over her shift and helped us to get everything done. We made it on time. Only objection was that the eating area for breakfast didn't have enough seating. Good complimentary breakfas though.

Met our needs for a clean and comfortable place to sleep.

The room was spacious and clean and the pool was a great place to cool off on a hot day. Staff polite but not very forthcoming with information such as availability of pool towels, breakfast info, etc.

The room was very nice and the staff was awesome. But the location was in the bad part of town. No local bar close. Did not want to be out past dark on the motorcycle.

Booking online without having ever stayed at a Sleep Inn, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was not disappointed in any way though. The hotel was nice and clean. You sometimes find hallways to smell damp or musty, but this wasn't. The staff was friendly. It was a perfect location centered around everything we wanted to do. We just needed at least one more day to fit in everything else. I'd gladly stay there again.

If you are looking to stay close to Nashville's downtown nightlife but don't want to pay upwards of 200 dollars per night, Sleep Inn is your hotel. You are only about 10 minutes away from town, and we cabbed it for 20 bucks. The room, was neat and clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the overall look of the place. Better than I expected. Great value.

Thr neighborhood was rough, but the hotel served it's purpose. Which was for us to be able to get some peaceful shut eye.

We checked in early and went downtown right away to watch basketball games. We had a great time in Nashville, we really did not spend much time in our hotel room.
