Very nice hotel, but ongoing renovation was bothersome during the day

Went there for a three night stay only to find out that at eight am construction crews start hammering and drilling! Overall the staff was nice but when you pay $ 212.00 per night you should atleast be able to sleep

Booked my stay at this hotel through Orbits.com. Hotel could not find this reservation so this made check in a bit of a headache. Then they called my room at 10:30pm, after I had gone to bed, needing more information. Though I was not happy about this, the hotel itself is rather nice.

Awesome!!!!!!!! Everyone was very nice and accommodating

Love everything about it, to the lobby all the way to the room. The inside of The hotel was very elegant and the beds were very comfortable

Awesome place to stay!! Needs a few more updates but overall great.

The hotel is well kept. One exception is that ESPN cable signal was not available the night of our stay. The restaurant staff was very nice, and the food was very good.

Great place to stay! We will be back for sure. Showers could use some updating.

This was a beautiful hotel and high on a hill. Taxi's readily available and everyone friendly. Did have complaint of not having a king available as requested, but they gave us a HUGE room but with a trundle bed in king. Nice view and very clean. No restaurants in close proximity except one pricey restaurant at hotel. Definitely need to drive to eat anywhere.

Nice stay but too far from Nashville web site has as downtown Nashville and it is at least 15 min from town.

We had a couple of out of the ordinary requests. Front desk staff were able to help us out with everything.

Wonderful clean hotel, we had a very nice stay. The lady behind the counter was very accommodating as they had just finished a convention and we're trying to clean up from it. The Food was very good in the lounge downstairs also they we very accommodating. Kids swam inside and enjoyed that, pool was clean. Rooms were large & nice patio off of the room.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the lobby looks great but the rooms could use updating. It may not be the norm but our room was not ready at 3 and after getting the call the room was ready, we waited in line for an hr and 15 min...YES OVER AN HOUR to get our room keys. I ordered from the bar while waiting in line, was charged $21.85 for a double of Baileys! Wow! Also, read the fine print on the water bottle tag in the room...NOT all free. Now that I know what I do, the hotel is a little pricey to me. I would stay for a night but would find another place for anything longer. Lots of good other options!

The hotel had gorgeous Christmas lights everywhere, was very affordable, and amenities were plentiful. Very pretty, clean, and overall a great stay.

This hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were spacious and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a tremendous value for the quality of the hotel and the staff. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to future stays. They have a wonderful restaurant, great room service, pool and a staff that is kind, professional, generous and thoughtful.

We loved this hotel. Great value for the money. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lots to do at the Hotel itself. Great pool!

Overall, it was what we expected, clean rooms, great staff, very convenient to us (we live very close by in Donelson.) It was a little more than we had hoped to pay knowing that we've booked rooms there for much cheaper in the past but it was a Marathon/busy weekend so we were just glad to get a room, though we did have to search on-line for availability after we were told there was no availability when we tried to book directly. The worst part was that the indoor pool heater was broken so the kids didn't get to swim, which is the primary reason we justified paying the 200+/per night to stay there. We will always choose the Sheraton Music City first but it would've been a better experience had the pool been warm enough. Thanks.

The location is ideal and the staff was incredibly friendly. Great Value.

The hotel was beautiful. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The courtyard view from my room balcony was amazing. We needed to get downtown to a concert and the shuttle service was perfect. Not expensive, it ran late into the morning hours, and there was no worry about attempting to drive and park in downtown Nashville. We will definitely be back!
