They didn’t accept my Orbitz reservation and orbitz didn’t find me another hotel!! I was forced to sleep in my rental car!

The staff refused a simple date change. It took 3 agents over the phone to finally get the date changed. When I arrived last night, the lady at the front desk informed me that the reservation was cancelled without looking at the computer. She then MADE us look at 2 rooms and let me tell you, neither of them were up to par. One had cigarette burns and stains all over the duvet, exposed lightbulb for lighting, stains all over the walls. The other room was a little better, meaning the cigarette burns weren’t on the duvet. There was still toothpaste on the faucet from the previous guest, the mirror hasn’t been cleaned in a bit, the tub was dirty and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. The only way this hotel makes money is by refusing refunds.

Horrible! Why is this place even on Orbitz!? Dirty! Bedsheets with cigarette burns! Toilet wouldnt flush, furniture is old and dirty! Really?! Wgmhat a ghetto cockroach this place is!

It was ok. Great to stay a night. Easy to checkin.

Room was run down. Lamp was missing a light bulb, dresser drawer was held on with duct tape, stains on the comforters and sheets, asked for new clean linens and they didn’t have any! Shower still had used bars of soap from previous guests in it, carpet had multiple cigaret burns (in a non-smoking room)! Tv remote missing the battery cover. Pillows were the size of a throw pillow. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cereal that had been sitting out from the day before, cold waffles and a juice machine, that’s it! And to top it off we paid $160 for 1 night!!! Never using orbits or going back to that hotel again!

I stayed for two nights and found this hotel to be great. Very comfortable, spacious room with space to work, generous sized bathroom and a comfortable bed that gave me a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient too, so there were no complaints

Not what I expected from this chain! Carpet was ripped, stains on the chairs, run down and seemed more like a $50 !a night motel.

Hotel was close to where we were going and the room was ok. We also picked this hotel because they indicated that they serve a breakfast. The sign indicated 6am - 9am but there was no one there and we finally left at 7 and still there was no one there not even in the office.

The ceiling was falling in, smelled like rot. Got yelled at since desk isn't 24hours and we showed up late. Someone sleeps in a room and when you knock they come to the door. They were so upset that I would ruin their sleep to check in, exact words. They refused to let me check int then. Also, the rooms promised didn't happen. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Also didn't get the room type we paid for.

Hotel needs maintenance and outside areas need cleaning. Room door locked only from inside, so no going out that night.

It's a 2 star hotel. Looks like it was formerly a Baymont Inn given some of the signage at the hotel but for some reason now operates as Magnuson (maybe they lost their franchise right?). The good: room was spacious and bathroom was surprisingly nice. Outside of hotel was well kept. The bad: Hotel advertises free breakfast but was advised when we checked in that the manager makes that decision in the morning. Sure enough, breakfast area lights were off and we were out of luck. I asked the desk clerk if they had any coffee and he questioned, can't you get that in your room? Wow. I've never encountered a place that advertised breakfast amd then failed at the offer. Look for duct tape on door locks. Expect that they will ask you to just turn everything off and leave your door cracked open upon checkout so that the maid can gain access. What the heck is that all about? We signed a confirmation that we wouldn't smoke in their rooms which indicates that it's a non-smoking hotel. Our room smelled of moderate smoke that was probably absorbed into the carpet and curtains. So, stay here is there isn't another option. We paid $65 + $15 in taxes. I just checked their listing and they are asking close to $130 tonight. You are either crazy or desperate to pay more than $65 for a night. Worst place that we've stayed in our week of travels.

They put me in a stinky room. The carpet, sofa and blanket covers had stains. We asked to change the room to which they said they cannot. They changed it the next day. The sleep was horrible, and to imagine the extent, I carried the smell with my clothes back to my home. Still lingering for few days.

I love the hotel room it remind me of the rooms at Hampton Inn.... I rate everything 5 stars, but the only thing that sick is they dont have free breakfast like the ad says... Other then that ill go back over and over!

I would not stay at this hotel again. The room was old and had holes in carpet, furniture, bedding. The AC unit had knobs gone and it ran all the time either in heat or cool. Very bad hotel for the price.

I definitely will stay here again as the rooms were great. I loved the water fountain out in the middle and was able to sit out at night and enjoy.

Pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Ratings showed low but the description of the hotel sounded much better. Friendly staff and very nice clean room. The Continental breakfast was not good. Very bare bones. Would stay there again for sure!

The desk was not staffed when we checked in,was not staffed when we wanted to check out. They advertised breakfast no one there was told they had ant problem so no breakfast, had to call office number to get this info. There was a coupon for 49.99 but they would not reimburse me for the difference. Would not recommend.
