Some of the furniture had holes and tears in it. I took pictures and reported it to the desk clerk. I was told that a $50 charge would be added upon checking in and removed if nothing was damaged. We were not charged for any of the damages that someone else had done. But you would think that housekeeping would have already reported it and yet nothing was done to replace it. Also, the person attending to the breakfast area was not interested in cleaning anything up. There was spilt cereal everywhere and other trash. The breakfast was “meh”. And entering the hotel parking lot was not well marked. Surprisingly, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. But the room was overpriced for what it was.

When you walk into the lobby, everything looked wonderful. We walked upstairs to our room, the ceiling above our door in the hallway. Looks like it’s gonna fall down any minute from water damage. The room was not completely painted, there was rust in the tub. There were stains all over the carpet. It was stains on the lampshade. The beds are clean. They were no bugs. But we had family staying in two other rooms and they also have problems with their rooms. The pool was too cold., Being in the indoor pool should’ve been heated. The food some was good, some wasn’t. There were no vending machines as the signs to say it on each floor that there were. I went down to the desk and asked about vending, and was told that there weren’t any. They had a few snacks there at desk for sale, a small bag of chips were $3 each. The lobby looks so beautiful I thought we had chosen a great place. When we arrived at our room, we were very disappointed.

Mold on bathroom walls, shower heads are gross, the floors are not clean at all- they have that nasty old feel to them- didn't even want to walk barefoot in the room. This place absolutely needs a renovation.

Our room was humid and wet the whole stay and it did not improve even with the air running. The hotel was run down and not clean. Our floor smelled of cigarettes and weed even though the hotel claims to be smoke free. During our stay, a car in the parking lot had its windows smashed and was broken into.

Staff on duty was not overly welcoming. More matter of fact. Did not appreciated items being initialed before reading same, just given to sign. Hope the incidental “hold” be released prior to a 3 day hold. Desk person was not greeting customers with appreciation. For their stay. Floors could be cleaner in common areas.

The front desk was not friendly. The room was dirty, especially the bed. There was hair everywhere, and the linen even had holes. The hotel overall just looked bad. The restroom floor did not look clean. During check-in, it seemed like the front desk employee wanted us to leave. He looked like he didn’t know what to do or didn’t want to do it. I booked a Comfort because I had always liked the cleanliness they maintain, but I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Very clean quiet hotel. Paul the manager is great! This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The house keepers are also fantastic they get you what you need with a smile on their face. They don’t beat on your door and bother you

The staff at the hotel is amazing!! I can’t say a negative word about the hotel the rooms are amazing it is very quiet the rooms are clean. They also have a great breakfast. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was not edible even to grab a snack, it was un sanitary, the room had what looked like bodily fluids on the bed frame, the shower was moldy and rusty, the room was gross.
