Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While the facilities were generally okay and I felt safe throughout my stay, cleanliness and maintenance definitely need attention. The air conditioning in our room had a musty smell, and overall upkeep of the premises could be better. On a positive note, the bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable—no complaints there. However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised to end at 9:30 AM, I arrived at 8:55 AM to find the dining area completely empty: no eggs, no sausage, extremely runny waffle batter, and empty dispensers for both yogurt and coffee. The staff member handling breakfast was noticeably rude, but I sympathize with her situation—she was also managing the front desk at the same time, which suggests the hotel is understaffed. Overall, the hotel lacks organization and sufficient staffing, and cleanliness standards fall short. Despite feeling safe, I don’t plan to return.

My only complaint besides lack of snacks (most spots were empty) is the fact I can get better deals on 3rd party apps so half the time I don’t book via Wyndham app. I got tonight’s room $20 less than if I booked directly. Disappointing that 3rd party apps offer better deals makes me wonder how being a member helps

Good parking and close to Kroger's, restaurants for food. Staff was friendly , breakfast was good too, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. I didn't get a chance to us ethe gym, but will next time.

Everyone was very nice. Easy checkin. I only had 2 complaints that weren’t that big of a deal but noticeable. I had to turn the air down a few times. I normally have my air set at 72 at home but in the room I ended up turning it down to 69. So had moments where I was a little warm. Secondly the water wasn’t hot hot like you expect when staying at a hotel. It was suitable but I would most definitely like it hotter. These things wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again though. Again, for the price, location, and nice room it was worth it!
