I have been booking stays with Expedia for a while now and your information on the hotels really needs to be updated. This is the 3 hotel we have stayed at that you say service breakfast and they don't. The rooms don't look like the one on your site and the linens don't look great the cover on this one had cigarettes holes in it and it is supposed to be no smoking and the only non smoking to m they had was on 2 floor. No elevator. My husband is 81 not good with stairs.

Terrible stay. Pictures misleading

Rooms do not look like pictures at all. More run down than what pictures show. If you have a pet, they put you in smoking rooms and wont make any exceptions if you have asthma. I would not book if you have a choice.

The hotel was not the type of place I'd want to stay in. Once I saw the room I completely canceled my room. And wanted a refund back, Because I booked the room on Hotels.com I was told that they are responsible for refunding my money.So I've reached out with 3 emails to hotels.com to see about refunding me back my money, and I have yet to hear from anyone..,

Let me say, I checked out as quick as I checked in. The floor was filthy, the pillows looked slept on, there was blood running down side of sheets, and possibly bed bugs. Totally disgusting.
