Check in was okay. The lady behind the desk was less than professional. She was not wearing a hotel brand shirt or a name tag to indicate she was an employee. The room was updated but the bathroom was caulked together and there was hair on the floor. We used the pool but there were no towels. We went to the front desk to ask for some and the desk attendant stated that the towels are there, we just weren’t looking. We stated that there definitely weren’t towels so she said she would bring some down. We just ended up using our room towels because she never followed through. There was also trash around the pool for 2 days which leads me to believe the pool and the room aren’t properly maintained or cleaned. The walls were thin. We could hear people talking and tvs on both sides of us. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a funeral. If given the choice I would probably say elsewhere.
