Host was very responsive to inquiries and questions.Master mattress was horrible- worn out and way too soft where you sunk down into the Mattress. Many lady bugs and a couple of stink bugs were present in the home, the toaster was dirty and the washer was moldy.

This condo has everything you need. Fully stocked very comfortable beds modern decor two really cool porches. Very secluded at the end of the building if you do make a little bit of noise. It was an adult guys weekend Close to downtown Broadway and everything if you don’t like to walk and you can ride a E scooter or an E bike it’s a nice way to go to. The host Jen is awesome. She will do anything she can to make your stay better.

Host was very prompt with communication. Location was perfect. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Germantown is even closer and has a great sports bar less than a quarter mile. The unit was very clean and is perfect for 3 couples. Train was not an issue. Yes, we could hear it, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. I would stay here again

We had an absolutely amazing time at this Vrbo! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal — just a short ride to downtown, great restaurants, and all the best Nashville attractions.The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel extra welcoming.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. Five stars all the way!

The host was wonderful - great communication! The condo was amazing, very open and bright. Plenty of room for 9 ladies. The location is walkable to Broadway but it’s 20 minutes through a neighborhood that is undergoing lots of development. So we took an Uber and it was @15 one way to Broadway. Loved the included garaged parking spot and security of the building. Condo offers lot of amenities. We would stay again!
