Nice quiet place to stay. The walk to Broadway street was not bad going there but we took an Uber back since we walked quite a bit for the day and it rained some. The neighborhood felt safe. Not too many restaurants nearby but we found the Pinewood Social Club which was a neat place. Overall would recommend to stay there if you like to be off the beaten path.

Location was great. Loved the fact we had a safe place to park our car. Only a few minutes walk from broadway. Building was clean. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Amenities were true. Could have used some hanger and towel hooks and another shelf in closet to put luggage on.Over all very nice place.

Condo was as lovely as it looked in the pics. Very clean and so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is a 10 uber ride to Broadway but far enough to stay out of the crazy. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance. Pinewood Social for a nice dinner and Mr J’s for a great burger. Check-in went smoothly and we were able to get a temporary parking place in the front. It was a lovely stay.

Area was nice, quiet and close enough to downtown. The apartment itself wasn’t bad. Only real complaint was for being listed as a luxury apartment it could have had nicer towels, sheets etc. The apartment also could use a deep clean and more attention from the cleaners. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed the area.

Great Nashville place to stay

We were so happy with this location to downtown. We made the 10 min walk down to broadway a couple of times a day. The unit was quiet, clean and well outfitted to our needs. The garage parking was a huge bonus. We definitely would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to visit nashville.

This was the perfect location as we were seeing a concert at Ascend Ampitheatre and was able to walk to and from with ease! Was also very close to broadway. The place itself was very nice and had everything we needed. Def will recommend!

Nicely outside the downtown crazy :)

Came for the Rock & Roll Marathon, and to explore Music City. Unit was clean and well-appointed and in what seems like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Everything worked. Access to the rooftop lounge and view for late afternoon snacks was a bonus treat.Rooms were ample although wide angle publicity photos made them seem a little bigger than reality - but no complaint. Would stay again.
