First was the great communication! Tobacco 406 was an absolute dream stay! The perfect mix of historic character and modern luxury — exposed brick, cool graffiti, skyline views… total Nashville vibes. The penthouse felt spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable for us. We loved being close to Broadway and The Gulch while still enjoying a peaceful retreat at night. Most importantly, I felt extremely safe the entire time, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We’d absolutely book again!

We had such a great stay! The decor and vibe of the place were absolutely spot on— full of Nashville charm. The location was, just a quick Uber to all the top spots (and easy walk to coffee!) We especially loved the convenience and ambiance of the speakeasy downstairs.!

We loved everything about our stay in this fabulous condo. Location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, great location all get 5 stars. What a great place for our girlfriend trip. We have been friends since grade/high school and celebrated our 80th birthdays in Nashville. We highly recommend staying here. Communication with host was excellent throughout booking, arrival and stay—had minor issue on arrival and had quick response and quick solution. We hit the jackpot when we found this place.
Forever Fabulous, Forever Friends, Forever Young at Heart. Loved Nashville and loved our stay in this condo.

Weekend Getaway

The place was super cute and the speakeasy in the basement was a major bonus! The location was only a few minutes from downtown Nashville so it made getting Uber rides a breeze. We loved the decor in the space and was a great weekend getaway for 2 couples. The only thing we noticed was the elevator inspection for the building was expired and had not been checked since 2022.

Great place for family Thanksgiving!

Our family of 7 stayed here Thanksgiving week. We had four adults, an 8 year old and two babies under two. We had plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were big. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals and had a few catered in. The owner was great to work with and responded promptly to any questions we had. Location was convenient to stores and Vanderbilt University. Unit was quiet. Gym was great in the basement. We would highly recommend!

Nice place

Overall it was a great stay. Little disappointed in the pool as the pictures don’t seem like the accurately show it. Neighbors were extremely loud. But the room itself was nice!

Chic Place as Home Base

Stayed here for a 50th Bday Trip. The place is decorated perfectly. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We used this place to sleep, as we were gone all day, everyday! Quick Uber rides to everywhere. Beautiful Speakeasy in the basement. Only thing to note was how thin the “walls” are in some spots. We could hear the conversations below us, they could hear our alarms going off, etc. But again,our group of gals loved it!

Beautiful, stylish, comfortable condo. We loved the decor! ...hard time hanging by the pool during our stay due to weather and cicadas taking over, but town was easily accessible (car/uber). Not a fan of the nearby neighborhoods, we only did our exercise/ runs in the AM just in case!

Nashville Girls Trip

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Nashville. We loved the loft and how it was decorated. It was roomy enough for the five of us and we each had our own bed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Great Property

This is a beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean condo. The building was great, and parking was very easy. Walking anywhere would be tough, so Uber or renting a car is probably best. Noise can be a factor, as the walls in the master bedroom and bathroom are super thin. Aside from the noise, we would stay here again.

Super cute condo! The decor was super cute and made for cute pics! Loved the tiny deck next to the unit as well and all the safety features-Between the gate you drive thru, the main door pass code and unit passcode. Biggest downside was door to the deck slamming from other people using it. Easy to uber to Broadway. Took about 10-15 minutes. A liquor store about a mile away!

Beautiful Nashville Penthouse!

The Lux Industrial Penthouse was perfect for our Nashville trip. Everything from the building to the beautifully decorated Penthouse was exactly what we were looking for to fullfill the Nashville vibe. We walked to a nearby coffee shop (Just Love) and discovered Marathon Village. We loved spending a whole morning there just enjoying the building and all it has to offer. We took a lot of Uber rides to get back and forth to Broadway, which was not cheap! We never had a ride under $30. We loved our time in Music City and loved our stay at this beautiful place.

Family Christmas Vacation

The property looks just as advertised. It was a great unique property. We were a close drive to everything you would like to do in Nashville. It is a gated property with nice parking. You can smell the tobacco slightly from the wood/ bc it use to be an old tobacco plant years ago. The pool is small but not needed during the winter when we were there. The raw brick, wood ceilings, and cozy feel was amazing. I would say that there is a good bit of homeless around the property and throughout Nashville. This did not pose any issues during our stay but breaks my heart to see so many people on the streets. You will not want to walk to anything from this property but it is a quick drive to everything. I'm giving this place a 5 star overall review because it's an amazing property, gated, great communication from management, and so close everything.

Perfect place for a week in Nashville

We had a great time in Nashville and this place was great! It was an older building that had been converted. The walls were thin and we could easily hear the neighbors, but the apartment was great. It was clean, had a great vibe and had everything we needed. It wasn't as close to downtown as I initially thought it was but everything we did was a short Uber ride away. No complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

Condo/Loft was very nicely appointed, clean and new and modern. We used the communal barbecue which was quite nice. I was disappointed that the owner/management firm could not provide a portable crib for our 4 month old grand daughter.
