Our family of nine had a wonderful stay from July 24–26. Michael was an excellent host—quick to respond, very cooperative, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. He even accommodated an early check‑in, which made our arrival much smoother. The property was clean, well‑maintained, and spacious enough for our group. We appreciated how easy and stress‑free the entire experience was. Highly recommend for families or larger groups.

We were impressed that the house was fully stocked with extra bedding, plenty of towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps and shampoo - this place has it all! The host is amazing! You will get quick responses on any questions you have. He gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat at during our stay. Overall this was one of the best VRBO places we’ve stayed at!

Our host was great at checking in with us and had great recommendations on where to go in the Gulch! The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the black out curtains a nice touch! The home is located close to Music Row, Broadway and the Gulch. You can easily walk to the Gulch although the walk to Broadway is a little further walk than we wanted to do at night after a night on the town!
