Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Horrible Experience ever

Arrived to the apartment and it was dirty due to pet hair, had no bedding on the mattress, and no towels. The TV remote was missing and no Fob to enter building, pool, and gym. Reported the conditions and took a whole day just to get me fresh bedding, the fob, and shower towels with no face towels. No fob issued until I kept complaining the 2nd day after we got locked out of the building the first night. They dropped off the bedding outside the door and I have to apply them myself and clean the apartment myself. We had planned to use the gym and pool the first day too but that did not happen. Stood outside building with dinner until a Good Samaritan let us in. Sad thing is their response did not address our experience at all. Spent more money than a stay at a top hotel and nothing to show for it.
