It was the same breakfast every day we went. The bed was horrible. Complained to the front desk and no further response. Had to purchase a $160 mattress topper just to sleep and not physically hurt when we woke up. Horrible!

Enjoyed our 1 week stay at this hotel and would stay again. Had some glitches that got worked out. Paid ahead of time for a room with a view. Got assigned ground floor staring at a cement wall. They moved us the next day. For me the view was worth the upcharge; I loved it. We were there in November. The heat did not work in our room for 2.5 days or so. Didn't freeze but was glad when they finally got that worked out. Parking is expensive but it's a city and I knew before I went. 11th floor front desk, dining area and lounge- attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was above what most hotels do. Great choices, clean and welcoming area, good coffee, but for Pete's sake, I'm begging you, add biscuits to the menu. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice guys working valet. Housekeeping was great. Very good location in the Gulch, a decent walk which felt safe to downtown- Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman. Good restaurants, and music right in the Gulch. We had a king room which was clean and large. It included a small dining table, couch, coffee table, foot stool, comfortable chairs. Not lush but appreciated. Large frig w icemaker, stove top, microwave, cups, dishes and some utensils etc. I was impressed. The bathroom was clean, good towels. I'm short- the sink was high; the mirror was also high and was surrounded by a retina burning bright light, but that's minor. Overall worth the money, hope to stay there again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and my room was clean and spacious. The location was great and felt safe, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Overnight parking at the hotel was $60/night. There are nearby public parking structures less expensive. Oddly, checking and ‘lobby essentials’ are in the 11th floor without any signage to indicate such. Guest walking by had to inform other guests. Pros:Great vegan friendly breakfast options. The overnight chai with non-dairy milk made my mornings! Full buffet - great spread of full breakfast options. Gym facility was clean and outfitted with latest equipment. Cons: 1) Booked a studio 2 queen bed accommodations for 3 night stay, this was not honored our first night there because the hotel was at capacity. They were able to offer us the 2 queen option the second & third night of our stay. 2) The was NO HEAT in our room and option to turn off the cool setting/fan blowing on the thermostat. Once you made an adjustment the system automatically reset to cool with the fan blowing. Staff informed us that “there is a problem with the system in the entire hotel” not just our room. In addition, they did not have extra blankets to supply the guests. Would not choose this hotel again for any future trips to Nashville.

Girl at check-in at 2 PM November 1 was a little rude. I felt like we were annoying her by checking in. The gentleman were very nice seemed like she was training them when was annoyed. Breakfast was decent, but kept running out of stuff and wasn’t being replenished at all.

I think this is a new hotel that is still working the kinks out. There was no mention here on Travelocity or at the Hotel that there is no parking included. You have to use their valet at $60 a day or park somewhere else. After you get out of your car at the valet and walk into what you would think is the lobby you find there is no one there and no instructions on where to find anyone. There was a confusing sign outside the elevators indicating "Reception" was on the 11th floor. I had to check again to see if read it correctly. Sure enough the lobby is upstairs. We arrived at 3:15 and asked if we might be able to check in 45 minutes early. There was one other gentleman that had been waiting to check in as well and the person helping me seemed very busy helping the two of us. He told me that it would be closer to 4pm when the room works be ready so my wife and I went back down to where we left the car to get our luggage. When we returned to the lobby about 15 minutes later I started toward the man behind the desk when he looks at me and says my name and I said yes and his next word was "so". Right then I said I really don't like hearing him staring off a conversation with "So". So the "So" was to tell me that they didn't have the single king size bed I had reserved but he did have two queens, didn't feel like we had much choice so we took it. No instructions or signage telling you that you had to scan room key to get to the floors with rooms. Won't be back, sorry.
