AMAZING location! Walkable to anywhere you would want to go in East Nashville. The unit was super clean and had lots of space. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was impeccably clean and perfectly located. It was an easy walk to lots of different attractions in the wonderful Five Points neighborhood and an easy drive or Uber to great East Nashville spots and to Broadway. Our host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We loved it and if the same place is available for our next trip, we’ll book it again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Super safe and walkable neighborhood with so many restaurants, coffee shops etc within blocks. Super pet friendly and a great fenced in backyard. The owner was so great to communicate with and offered so many suggestions. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, two -story, spacious apartment. Lots of closet and drawer space, large bathroom with two sinks. Very comfortable. We had no trouble parking right in front. Area is quiet but close to some shops and nice walking areas.

Charming and cozy - great for our dogs. We enjoyed the neighborhood one evening and then took an Uber to Nashville’s Broadway street one day! Worked so well for us.

Charming neighbor

Safe and enjoyable neighborhood. You can literally stay here the entire time and enjoy different cuisines daily. Great shopping. Beautiful park. All around wonderful stay.

Location, Location!

This house is a great place to stay when visiting downtown. The 5 points neighborhood feels safe and has everything within walking distance! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the owner communicated well with us! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

My wife, pupsn and I stayed here and did not have to drive anywhere for the entire stay. We were a 5-15 minute walk from everything from shopping alleys to music venues and some of the best restaurants in East Nashville. The home is decorated extremely well while also keeping the history of the house alive. It was a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
