Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, our VRBO is on a quiet cul de sac near downtown Nashville. Some of Nashville’s best restaurants and are less than 2 miles away. Downtown is just a quick 10 minute Uber ride/drive. Our home is very family and pet friendly. There is also a sprawling backyard for grilling, relaxing and space for pups to run around!
The space:
This VRBO is a very open concept. The breakfast area, kitchen, dining room and living room all flow together with high ceilings! The bedrooms have ample space and are separated for privacy. The backyard is large enough for entertaining and the porch wraps the entire back of the home with two sitting areas! One for dining and the other for relaxing to enjoy and little tv and drinks. The backyard is private and you will enjoy the quietness it provides. We have a grill available for you and your guests. In addition, can I get a hot tub?! Yes you can! Soak in the hot tub under the trees for a relaxing night!
If you happen to drive an EV, we can provide a charging station as well!
Please note: This VRBO has an apartment partially above it. In the master bedroom you may occasionally hear footsteps. However we have taken many steps to lessen the sound between the two spaces.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The home was beautiful and it was clean and we really enjoyed our time there. It was a great location, 15 min, give ir take, to the downtown nightlife. The owner was great with communication and was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again. The only negative thing I have, and it's a little thing, is that the home shares another rental apartment that is above the master bedroom and we could hear them in the morning when they were moving around. It's not that they home had the apartment upstairs that bothered us, but the fact that I didn't see it disclosed in the original listing that it was a shared space and we didn't know until we arrived. It wouldn't stop us from staying here again, but just a small thing worth mentioning. Otherwise, it's an amazing space.
