Very nice property and excellent location. Can walk to broadway/bridgestone (less than a mile). Plenty of food nearby, well stocked kitchen - had a small holiday dinner. Parking for one car is included but 2nd vehicle is in paid garage and quite , so plan ahead. Quiet building, perfect for our needs. If you have lots of luggage (we did due to celebrating Christmas early) it is a long walk from garage to unit but was perfect. Great for 2 couples.

The area was wonderful. Close walking distance to eat and shop. Very clean, nice, quiet, friendly neighbors. Pictures are exact. Easy access to get in. I would definitely come again.

Staying in the Gulch area worked out fine. Good restaurants, expensive shops and not too far from Broadway (hub of downtown Nashville...and Bridgestone Arena)...Lot's of walking, but fine.The size of the unit was ok for the 4 of us (adults); the amount of towels (especially large bath size) were one or two! Once the tissue box ran out, there were no more to be had... Sure we could have picked some up, but not one additional box in the place? True, we could have hired someone to buy groceries for us, but little amenities like tissues and liquid soap (or soap in general) should have been plentiful in the unit itself. I also found it hard to believe the management staff couldn't give us addresses of places they recommend to leave luggage (in case you arrived early), since check in time was late...4pm. I had to find the luggage drop-off place closest to where we were staying, rather than the rental company give us this info. Just some frustrating times after the place was rented.Although we didn't use the gym, it is large and well equipped. We didn't see/use the pool, as it was chilly ...We ate out, as we didn't see a local shop/grocery nearby...therefore, kitchen wasn't used.

The apartment was very well maintained and well designed. Very comfortable. We brought our two little dogs with us and there was great access to dog paths and a separate area just for the dogs that was great for letting them off the leash. The only thing that would have helped would have been a clearer description of the area and the walking distance to Broadway and the other sights downtown. There was a flight of stairs approximately 3 levels high that we had to go up and down every time we walked downtown. We looked for an alternative walking route and there wasn’t one. It got a little tough for us, we are over 65. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Calle taco solid choice right out the back door. Pool was perfect to hang during the day. Quiet area. Can walk to Broadway in the day light. A bit sketchy coming home at night but Ubers were only like 8 home and always available

Great location! Comfortable beds, clean unit, it had everything we needed. Getting in initially was a bit tricky but we got there and once we did the rest was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you!
