Everything was absolutely perfect! This was a Mother/Daughter trip for her 23rd birthday. Many restaurants, bars, and shopping walking distance from property. There is a health foods store right across the street to get food, drinks, and toiletries.Also walking distance from Broadway. The customer service from the property manager was excellent. Checked in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Liked being in the gulch. Convenient to broadway and nice restaurants. Apartment very industrial in style. If you like cold concrete floors and noisy AC this is what we found. Many blinds that were inoperable, many codes for entry, key retrivial and parking. Codes can change without notification and you are left outside. Not really senior friendly.

Perfect Weekend

This was perfect for me and my husband! Very convenient location and in walking distance to great restaurants. Communication with property manager was excellent with clear instructions for check-in. We would stay here again.

Guitars on the wall!

High ceilings, clean, very roomy, cool ambiance + decor, nice location with very nice stores and shops. Uber into Broadway 10$...cold concrete floors but nice area rugs...If you feel like your in a back alley your in the right place!.... actually it works out nice with offloading..gated private parking the same $$ as public parking security very good

Condo in the Gulch

The location was ideal. We were close to restaurants and shopping and were within walking distance of the Bridgestone Arena, where we went to a concert. The unit was very nice. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous stay in the Gulch!

Check-in process was very easy due to the detailed instructions given. It was very comfortable and was the perfect location for my sister and I! We loved that a lot of places were walking distance and it was very close to Broadway. We had an amazing trip and would definitely book again!

Great Spot for Weekend Getaway

This was a great loft, great location, and excellent customer service! The place was clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Communication with the property manager was amazing! The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but a technician was sent out immediately and corrected the issue! We had an early morning arrival to Nashville and requested to be notified if the property became ready for early check-in. We were notified promptly! Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay there again!

Studio flat is just as pictured in listing! Perfect for 2 but could manage with 4. Kitchen well appointed and the record player was a fun touch. The bed & sofa were comfortable and we would definitely stay again!

Great Roomy Loft

Everything you need and very room and hip place to stay. Many restaurants nearby, and easy to Uber to Broadway and other local places. We needed storage for our luggage on arrival and departure dates and had a great locker so no need to drag our suitcases around either day.

Perfect Gulch Getaway

My first stay in the Gulch district was very enjoyable. And the classic urban loft is just right. Lots of little places to dine , drink, or shop. The place was set up very nice and comfortable with all the necessities. High ceiling open floor plan with separate bathroom- into closet area. Great rental experience from beginning to check out. Snatch this place if you can!
