Very clean place the bed was amazing one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on the place was conveniently located walkable distance to Belmont University, which is what we needed. Parking was never an issue overall it was a great day. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place.

We absolutely loved the location of your property! It was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Suggestion .. stairs need a handrail & it could use better lighting on the porch. Overall visit was wonderful and we plan to stay again.

Perfect for two adults!

Place was clean, had a comfy bed, loved the coffee amenities, and the location was convenient for our daughter’s graduation from Vandy. Our 22 year old son was able to join us at the last minute, so he slept on the pull out couch. Having to walk through his sleeping area to use the restroom during the night was not ideal, and the closure to the bedroom doesn’t allow for total privacy. We would stay here again if it were just the two of us. Communication was great as well!

Lovely place in a quiet walkable neighborhood

We were in Nashville to see friends and this was a perfect place to stop and recharge between weekend outings. It’s plenty spacious for a couple and has a well appointed kitchen and bathroom and a comfy bed. Plenty of soft towels and comfy bedding. The communication was clear and excellent.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for our sons Belmont University college visit. The apartment building was easy to find and located right by all the college buildings. I loved the doterra oil and diffuser located jn the place. The bed was so comfortable. We will go back if available. Thank you We will come

This place is Awesome! All the little extras such as toiletries, I pad, extra power strips to plug stuff in, and Alexa for music was a welcomed. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. The was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. I would give 6 stars if I could! Will most definitely recommend!

Excellent-charming and convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bluebird and we will book again! The location, comfort level, amenities, and ease of communication made our stay, stress free and enjoyable. Loved having the little outdoor patio to enjoy the sunshine.

Eagles concert and long weekend with husband

We loved the neighborhood , being able to walk to 12 South , and the fun, lively vibe of students as well as all generations. The apartment is the best combination of vintage, artistic, and funky along with every modern convenience a person could want. It reflects careful thought and planning- the fan in the bedroom, old turntable and LPs, plenty of electrical outlets, chairs on front porch, numerous and wonderful personal care products, the most comfortable beds ever and a supply of anything and everything a person might have forgotten or end up needing- including hydrogen peroxide for a cut in my leg! We will for sure plan a return trip!
