It is conveniently located close to the interstate and reasonably priced. The rooms smelled bad, the neighboring room had loud people in it, and the lobby area was not clean.
You get what you pay for. Facility was in need of upgrade. Carpet in room peeling up at door, room had unrecognizable odor, and shower control nearly falling off.
I liked that it was across from a Kroger’s. Needed updating.
The girl at the counter when we checked in 10/07/19 Monday 9pm was rude. No customer service at all. I just hope that the manager of this place train her a little better on the service.
Waste of money and staff was rude. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy
Not Bad for the price, pretty quite they could paint some of the interior doors bathroom etc would make a huge difference. Small pillows bring your own. But overall not bad. 3 of 5 I would say
It was a great location and close to restaurants and freeways. The lobby seemed clean, modern and well appointed. It was however really dirty and dilapidated bathroom. There was no closet or place to hang clothes. The desk chair was broken. There were a number of mishaps at the beginning of our stay with the registration desk staff and housekeepers. The hotel would be fine as a $50/night road trip overnight, unfortunately we paid more and stayed longer.
No water pressure for shower.Room above us was cleaned very early in the morning disturbing my rest.
This place is a dump. My room smelled, the bathroom was disgusting, there was no soap provided, water pressure was non-existent, there were flies in my room, the list goes on. 0/10.
The main issue I had with this hotel was the room I had, being on the first floor with a lot of moisture in the air, had a damp basement smell. Maybe other rooms above the first floor would be better. The pool also was positioned so that it is in direct sun during the hottest part of the day, and not very far from main road. Overall, I can't say I was "wow-ed" by anything. The location was good though--it is next to a Shoney's restaurant and across from a Krogers.
Hotel was ok but not worth the money. Having said that, the hotels were outrageously expensive in the Nashville area, so the value of the hotel for the money spent was probably not any worse than any other hotel in Goodlettsville. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Pool was small.
The bed was comfortable the room had a musty smell.
Room was clean. That's the only good thing. The door was broken and slightly open at the bottom, bathroom fixtures were a bit broken and everything was old and needed renovation or replacement. Loud guests outside at night, could hardly sleep. Checking took a half hour and I was the only one checking in.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room however...I wasn’t expecting super amazing, but the carpet even LOOKED dingy and there were ants on the bedside table. The bed was comfortable enough though, and the linens clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, Kroger-brand yogurt is just a major no-go for me. But the waffles were good!
