The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The futon couch was not comfortable to sit on, we didn’t need it for a bed. Communication prior to arrival was challenging in regards to registering for the room. A lot of back and forth and multiple phone calls because things on their end got dropped. Also, the building was not clearly marked, so we were unsure we were entering the correct property. There were specific instructions on how to enter the property by car and on foot, but upon arrival we found the gate completely open to anyone, which was confusing because they made a huge deal about security during the registration process. Other than that the room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and large and had a nice little kitchenette. We loved the laundry in unit. The beds were comfy. Warning- It is in an urban area in the Germantown area of downtown Nashville so bring good earplugs and a mask if traffic noise/light bothers you. But that is expected in any urban area.

This place was very modern and very clean. In a great location, and I like parking right in front. The only negative was that it appeared someone had backed into the fence around the parking lot, making the first impression of the property not very good (which was not accurate!). Please fix the fence. Overall...fantastic!

What a mess! Looks good at first glance, but I will never stay here again. The walls are paper thin. I stay in average hotels all of the time, I’ve lived in apartment complex, nothing compares to this. You can hear every single step of your neighbors. So don’t think you’re going to get any actual sleep! The lighting is terrible in the bathroom, so it’s hard to do your hair/makeup. There was no shampoo in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was a joke, so if you do bring your own shampoo, good luck actually getting it out of your hair. Oh and the shower goes cold mid way through. It turns back to hot eventually, but you have to stand there and wait for a few minutes in cold water. When I asked to be transferred to a different room they said they didn’t have any available, but you could tell that the complex was only about 25% full, so I knew that was a lie.

Lovely Stay

The parking was super easy and the location is very close to the Greenway which is great for running and biking. There was plenty of room for my family and the kitchen was well equipped. I found the bed to be too soft, but that would not be a problem for everyone. I would also recommend a sleep mask as the bedrooms stay bright even at night. There were earplugs provided, but noise did not seem to be a issue for us.

Desperately needs noise reduction from upstairs.

It was a great location, good size, with everything we needed. However, the shower curtain didn’t go to the floor and the entire bathroom floor is flooded after every shower. I would like to say it was relaxing, but we did not sleep well even one night. The people upstairs are just going about normal business and it wakes you from sleep several times throughout the night. Noise reduction is a must. I would not stay here again for any extended time.

We lost electricity in part of the condo and no one ever came to fix the problem. There was a water leak under the kitchen sink. There seems to be no noise bearer between units. You can hear everything from your neighbors and all the construction going on outside.

unpleasant stay

The major issue was insulation between first and second floor and plus the guest on my second floor make heavy steps and talk loud noises until 2 am, immediately I text the remote helpdesk, they did notified the guest, and said will escalate later, and next morning receive a call said if i want switch a different room, need paid for cleaning fee, and the second night was the same thing. another issue was I went to make the reservation in thought as usual that it is, but unfortunately I spent a lot more times with the property, I have to sign completed rental agreement, post driver license, a phot of me a, they charged the stay immediately, and later on they need charge credit card deposit and checked two days they refund back, and the outside gate was never working, i told my daughter lived closed by, she said she never see the gate was closed.

Clean and safe with gated parking. Keyless entry. Well maintained. Problems with streaming tv. We had no facecloths and one hand towel for a two bedroom unit. They did eventually (2nd day) correct these. I always got prompt replies.

This was a great location and amazing setup! We had a great time exploring Nashville and the Abode was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. As seen with other reviews, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors, but this didn't affect our stay :)

Accommodations were a bit dirty especially the walls and the coffee maker was disgusting. You can hear EVERYTHING next door or above you so don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep. Cheaper so we went with it but wasn’t worth the savings.
