Disliked: Cleanliness
First off, when we arrived at the house, we needed a code to get in through the community gate, and then an additional code to get in through the garage, which we were not provided upon arrival. We reached out to the owner, and had to wait around outside the property for 45 minutes before we got a response from the owner. Good thing it was not a cold day! l will start off with the positives: No bad smells, beds were big and comfy, sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean! All 5 of us slept very well! Extra pillows would have been nice. Laundry room is fully stocked with all the necessities. Garage is big and clean.Things that were lacking, so you need to provide them for yourself:No handsoap in 2 of the bathrooms.No shampoo or conditioner in any bathrooms.No hangers in the closet (well, ok there were 2).No handtowels (washcloths and bathtowels provided and very clean.No screens on any windows.No coffee for the coffee maker.No baking sheet for baking cookies (we wanted to bake Christmas cookies but couldn't).No drinking glasses, only coffee mugs.All floors were very sticky with some kind of spill or residue.Bathroom sink upstairs clogged and draining slowly.Curly black hair on the floor and backs of 2 toilets, and a hairball on floor of bathroom.Dirty kitchen chairs.Tiny sofa in living area.
