The Space

Step inside into a welcoming, open concept main level designed for easy living and effortless entertainment. The living area features a plush, over sized couch centered around a smart TV!

Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook and gather, with a dining area that's ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or game nights. From here, step outside to the back patio. A great spot to enjoy some fresh air or wind down in the evening.

The half bath sits between the living area and kitchen.

Head upstairs to find the primary and secondary bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, clothing storage, and smart TV. The secondary bedroom features two queen beds, a closet and a smart TV!

The shared bathroom features a walk-in shower and sleek, modern fixtures, giving the space a clean and elevated feel.

The washer and dryer sits between the two bedrooms with an iron & ironing board!

The townhouse suite is Unit #1 of 4 units on the property. Send us a message if you would like to book multiple units for your group!

→ Unit includes: 3 Queen beds, sleeps up to 6 people; Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, + ice maker

→ Parking - there is 1 labeled parking spot available for the unit

→ Our quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect your noise levels. We have neighbors and ask that you be respectful of our home and theirs.

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ After placing your booking you will receive a text from our team with a link to sign a form to confirm you've reviewed our house rules and ensure the check-in process go smoothly. We will send access info one day prior to arrival.

WALKING
Our condo is located in the Music Row area of Nashville! It is a fairly walk able neighborhood with nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee shops!

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber & Lyft. They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

ELECTRIC SCOOTERS
There are a few electric scooter companies in Nashville. You'll need to have a license and a credit card to gain access to them via their apps, but they can be a super easy and efficient way to get around town during the day. Please use caution, follow all road rules, and never use them while intoxicated.
