My son and I had a fabulous stay and Marilyn at the front desk was wonderful.

A beautiful hotel. Only complaint is our room backed up to the street which was very noisy when sitting out on our deck.

Room was covered from top to bottom with dust, there was no where to sit in the room. The iron ruined my husbands shirt went to iron it and all rust came out. Also had no room service and limited on site restaurants

I would highly recommend the Naples Bay Resort. The staff was extremely friendly. Our two bedroom apartment/hotel was very clean and offered all the needed amenities. Although our apartment had a full kitchen, we dined at one of the resorts restaurants. It was good and the service was good.

Overall a nice experience, would have rated it higher but the housekeeping services were inconsistent. We had to call late in the pm on the first full day to have our room cleaned. All the used towels were not changed out on the last full day. Also the nearly empty shower gels were not removed from the shower and they did not vacuum or clean the floors. Disappointing considering the rest of our experience was positive.

I don't usually review anything, but feel the need to share how wonderful the resort was. Some previous reviewers who found anything negative must really need the Florida sunshine! Though not beachfront, the spaciousness and unique marina views surely make up for that. Yes, it's a tiny walk to the pool, but who can't use a nice stroll? Staff was beyond friendly, even remembering our names. Highly recommend though I'd love to keep it secret :)

Our waterfront one bedroom suite was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff is excellent. The only thing I would change is the pillows on the bed, which I guess is a personal thing. I had stayed at the Inn on Fifth in October and for much less money this hotel blows the Inn away.

This hotel "resort" in not even worth the time to write anymore than this.

Had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and very well appointed. Master bedroom and bath rival the best hotels I've ever seen. Only glitch was a hotel-wide TV outage for about 3 hours in the evening, but that is a one-off problem unlikely to occur again. Healthy 10 minute walk from main hotel building to fitness center, pool, and tennis courts

We had a wonderful time .The staff were most friendly, the view was fantastic, and the property offered everything we desired.

This being my first time at the hotel, I found it to be well appointed with excellent service and an extremely convenient location. The one downside is that they have no actual hotel restaurant, only a grille for lighter fare which is not conveniently located and a Bonefish restaurant onsite, but with limited hours. However, there are restaurants everywhere in Naples and this was a minor concern.

Congratulations. BEST service and hotel ever. They have a club with 4 pools, fitness center, spa and amazing restaurant -bar. We had an amzing weekend with my wife and kid. The service is the best of the best.

Loved the experience of the great location and the arrangements of the 2 bedrooms with 2 baths

The staff was helpful. The drivers were quick to pick up. On our third night we discovered a cock roach in the closet. And upon taking a closer look noticed it was infested with ants as well. They said they would knock off the price of the taxi to and from airport but didn't follow through with it. They also don't tell u about all the fees they charge up front.

This is our third time going to Naples and the experience in this hotel haven't changed. Its perfect for families with kids. This place is very quiet, clean and the the service is great. Perfect location and installations.

Spacious with lovely furnishings. Resort is reminiscent of European village. Staff is great and restaurants are wonderful. A little hard to exit resort if heading downtown. Ask fir a room that is far from Rt 41.

We stayed for 2 days for a wedding which was only 4-5 miles away. It was a VERY slow weekend, and with few guests to care for you would have thought they would give us extra attention...or any attention at all. The check in process was good, we had our room early, the room was ok...but there were marks all over the walls and it was a rather small room, very tiny balcony. We went to the pool which was closer to our room, it was very small but relaxing. They do not have a food/drink service though. We walked to the little store and the selection was minimal. You are charged a hefty resort fee every days and I still don't understand what it covered. EVERYTIME we used the shuttle we had to pay $10-$15...even for going 1/2 mile down the road! The large pool is nice, but you need to take a shuttle there. I like the adult only section. The drinks were good but SUPER EXPENSIVE and they all have a resort charge on them too. We asked the drivers (who were very nice) to take us to the wedding, but they had to charge us if they did....it was only a few min away!! I would never stay here again, not worth the money.

I had a great stay at the Naples Bay Resort. Very comfortable room with beautiful views of the channel and very helpful staff. Just be aware that there are extra fees to use the resort area which may not be clearly mentioned while making the reservation.

My wife and I took are four kids here on a recommendation from a good friend. Wonderful stay. The staff was great and the facilities where very we'll maintained. Kids loved the lazy river. We rented boats and kayaks all at the facility, so easy and reasonably priced. Can't go wrong with this choice with decent proximity to beach and plenty of 5th ave shopping.

I was on a sales trip down to Naples this week and wanted to find a nice room that was affordable close to the water. This place was awesome!! Nice comfy room with a great view of the marina... boats to rent if you want to go out... pools and hot tubs all over as well as restaurants and shops... they had it all and their was a multitude of eateries within walking distance just over the bridge if you wanted to go out. Perfect one night stay and the staff was great!!
