Rental of Callista also comes with the option to transfer the owners' Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa membership for a one-time flat fee of $750. This provides access to the 54,000-square-foot Club & Spa featuring lagoon-style pools, a fully equipped fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, and both casual and fine dining restaurants. The club also offers a range of activities designed to appeal to a variety of interests, from bird watching and spinning classes to wine tastings and themed dinner parties. Members can choose to do it all or simply relax poolside with a cold drink under the shade of an umbrella!
ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation. All rentals in the Callista community require approval by the condo association and payment of a $2,000 refundable damage deposit that covers potential damage by the renter and guests to community amenities. This is in addition to all rental costs detailed on your price quote and must be paid by check sent directly to the Callista association.
