Quite possibly one of my favorite rooms I've ever stayed in. I was directly in front of castell dell' uovo with a view of Vesuvius mountain and the gorgeous gulfo di Napoli. Stunning photos. The walkway near had everything from restaurants to shopping and so busy with people - great for walking and spending the day!

A very well located hotel, very clean, professional treatment of its staff and very comfortable rooms. The food in "La terraza" is not good, it contrasts with the excellence of Neapolitan food.

The staff is fantastic! The property has charming character, but really needs a complete renovation and a deep clean. Guest rooms and baths were clean, but hallways and common areas need attention! Chandeliers need a thorough cleaning as well. Rooftop bar needs an entire renovation and something needs to be done about the pigeons.

Location is prime and the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is sublime and fresh with amazing wait staff. Still has its 1908 charm but captures the needs for the era of 2019.
The location was great - right on the Bay of Naples with a lovely view. I thought the decor was mediocre in the rooms, and the general feeling was of a expensive chain hotel with not much personality.
The location was incredible...right on the water, allowing us to wake up with a beautiful sunrise. Tons of dining options within walking distance, and also close enough to the port to walk to our booked day trip.

Beautiful hotel with an aged European style perfect for an Italian vacay. On the water so there are a lot of beautiful views. Street below was very noisy with garbage collectors at 5 am! Ask for a room away from the alley.

Good location - that's it. Superior Rooms showing a harbor view on this website in fact look at an interior courtyard. No one to greet you on arrival. Chairs in room were stained. Not enough electrical outlets.
We were greeted warmly, and they held our bags until our rooms were ready, since we arrived early. Hotel is well located and is a block away from a taxi stand. Hotel sits beside the promenade Wich is a wonderful walk. Room was very nice and very clean. We'll definitely return to this hotel.
View can be amazing, personnel is great, but hotel is out dated. Location is good too.
