The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The hotel was right across the street from the train station, which was a big plus for us. We were first concerned that it could be noisy but we were given a room facing a side street so it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice bed, excellent breakfast. The big problem for this hotel is that it is next to a very busy street right in front of the train station, where the traffic is often confusing and interrupted by tourists. And the cars lay on the horns in response, so much honking. Even the best windows can't protect you from the noise.

Nice and modern room, but we had a bad experience and a bit of rude service at breakfast and after pointing out to a manager things got solved. Other than that it is a good passing by hotel option specially if you need to use the train station

The staff at this property were lovely and very helpful. We noticed upon arrival that the room was really warm, and we were told that they don't turn the AC on anymore because it's October now. However, it was still warm outside. They suggested opening our balcony door but it was right on the train tracks so incredibly noisy and also let some mosquitos in. I did let them know that we wouldn't have stayed here if we had known that the AC would not be an option.

Very nice clean rooms but small. Water in the fridge cost more than expected, front desk staff barely spoke English and had a hard time getting an itemized receipt (for work). Too noisy outside to keep windows open, constant honking cars all night, not the hotel’s fault, just the city. Lots of restaurants right outside the door and heavy police presence at all times to make you feel safe. There is a small gym but it’s a confusing building to navigate.

Wow, this is a four-star property, the area around the hotel Square and train station left us with a very unsafe feeling. The driver told us to take off our jewelry when we got out of the car if that says anything. Having said that, the property is very clean, The rooms are small yet nice.
