Stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely hotel with a perfect location. Clean room and bathroom facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast time with rooftop outdoor tables available as well as indoor. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here in April for 5 nights for our mini-honeymoon. To be honest we were disappointed and this hotel is not a 4 star. When we arrived the guy on reception wasn't very friendly and seemed very disinterested. The room was an ok size but the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. I know hotels do this sometimes but they were not connected in anyway and very easily moved apart. If you rolled over in the night and were towards the middle you were at risk of falling through the gap as the beds moved apart. Not ideal on honeymoon!!! There was no price list for the mini bar which didn't encourage us to have any of the items because we had no idea how much we were going to be charged. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Some of the other staff on reception were friendlier than the first guy when we asked for information. The best thing was probably the location. Was easy to explore Naples and some great Restaurants nearby. But I am sure there are nicer places to stay in Naples.

Stayed during a trip in September. Hotel was nice, clean and in a great location. Stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was great, room was clean and all staff were lovely, especially the reception staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again and think its a great base for a trip to a great City.

This hotel advertises as a 4star. It's not. They gave a us a room on the sixth floor that had a window at the entrance to the breakfast room. We asked to change and they were full and said that we booked with no advance notice ( only 2 days) so that is what we get. The front desk did send a cleaner up to clean the dirty room 😙 Wifi was good and breakfast was not. Lots of hotels to choose from in Naples. Don't choose this one.

The hotel is in a good location and easy to access. It has large rooms but would benefit from some refurbishment. No room service. Average breakfast with limited choice. Good service in general. However, not what one expects from a 4 star hotel for this price.

First of all the location is perfect. Just a few minutes from everything. Bathroom is okay and clean. Staff is nice, and breakfast has variety of choices. Rooms are quite small but correct. Only negative point is we asked for a double bed and we had two simple ones ...

We ended up here b/c another hotel cancelled our reservation without notice and sent us here. Unfortunately, the original hotel didn't tell inform them that we needed two nights instead of one and so we had the displeasure of staying in two hotels in two nights in Naples. The staff was kind in helping us find another room, which we appreciated. We had an executive room, which was a little bigger and had a street view and was quite nice but also wasn't especially impressive. The king bed was two twins pushed together and they separated while sleeping on them, which isn't ideal. The bathroom was quite nice, however, the shower's drain was exceedingly slow and there was a part of the dry wall that had had mold on it and wasn't cleaned very well. Also, the internet was dodgy in most of the room except if I sat near the doorway. The breakfast is on a rooftop, with a nice view but was a little disorganized. We were there for the last 20 mins of breakfast and the coffee was already cold and it wasn't replenished. Drinking cold coffee is a crime in Italy! The staff was generally extremely helpful with very impressive language skills. I appreciated what they tried to do to help us with our lodging predicament. The location is perfect and, if you're looking for a nice, slightly better than basic hotel, this is a great option.

Arrived at a very early 11am and were delighted by the friendly welcome and that our room was ready for us. It was on the third floor there was an anti room with a sofa and writing desk, going into a pleasant bedroom with bathroom off and also a small patio area. Unfortunately no chairs on the patio, but could take chair from room. Bathroom was a good size with a large walk in shower. One point, the shower base jointing was a little marked. Could have been renewed in 5 minutes which would have sorted. Overall a really nice room with AC. The breakfast room on the sixth floor is very pleasant with an outside area if you prefer to eat outside. The breakfast was more than adequate with pastries, fruit, eggs both scrambled and boiled along with bacon and sausages, yoghurt, cheese and meats. Location is excellent, very close to many sites, the old town a 10 minute stroll, the port area 5 minutes, with the shopping street Via Toledo another 5/10 minute stroll. At the end of Toledo starts the lovely walk along the promenade with bars and restaurants. The wifi is quite intermittent, possibly due to the structure of the building. We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Turchini and would return. Thanks to all at the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights in June. Excellent location; near the metro, ferries to the Islands and Sorrento, loads of restaurants and bars. Our room was on the 4th floor at the back of the hotel; very quiet but not much of a view. Bed was huge and comfortable, useful minibar (to use as fridge), amazing shower with good quality toiletries, ample storage and although there was no balcony the large windows could be opened to let the sun in late in the day. Efficient, quiet air conditioning. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was on a great little terrace with a view of the streets below, lovely plants, lemons etc. Breakfast was a good selection of continental options, an efficient toaster, fresh fruit (juicy cherries on one day) and it was a delight to have coffee served rather than do battle with the coffee machine!! My only criticism was that the scrambled eggs were dry. Inside the breakfast room it was bright, airy with attractive decor. Staff were available to help and offer advice on getting around, always respectful and friendly. We arrived late but were alowed to go to bed and sort our formalities later! All in all an excellent place to stay!

Turchini is a basic hotel in Naples, no frills, on a busy street, but the room was quiet. Everything was clean; the breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast of pastries and caffe. Close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. The city of Naples is gritty and noisy, but the Turchini was clean and quite. We found that the wifi was inconsistent and sporadic, this is true in several rural areas of southern Italy, but we were surprised that it was also true in Naples. Is it the general internet service or the hotel problem?
