The hotel is a diamond in the rough. No complaints at all and I would Ray there again. The only slight matter for me is the spa jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath is a fee for service. I’ve stayed at hotels which offer the same amenities and the are included with your reservation.

We had a great stay during our 2-day trip to Naples. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the king bed comfortable. We didn’t have any issues with sound from the construction outside, as the rooms are sound proofed and you can close your window. The breakfast buffet is among the best breakfast offerings we’ve seen during our travels in Europe and well worth the price. We didn’t use the spa but the prices seemed fair for what you get. The only issue we ran into is that the construction outside the hotel causes a lot of traffic and congestion, and partly as a result of that the streets and walkways outside of the hotel are covered in litter. That’s hardly the fault of the hotel, but it will leave you with a bad impression if you’re used to cleaner and less congested streets.

I appreciated the air conditioning and decor of the room. Very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Also that we were in a loft with our mother in law downstairs was nice. The tub was very inviting

staff at night was rude, didn't help with luggage, didn't want to answer basic questions. Food at restaurant is pretty bad.

Beautiful room (de luxe) with a view over a tipical local street. Rapidly you can reach every significant place. The staff is very friendly. Very clean and quiet even if the room is on the main street.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable but the neighborhood is not the best. The staff was very helpful. It was an excellent experience,

If you take taxi to everywhere is ok. The Hotel is Excellent, room and bathroom accommodations. Super Breakfast, but Internet never worked during our stay. The hotel seemed closer to the train station, but since the area is not good, seems farther when walking. The only way I recommend this hotel is if you know how to move around Naples, and always use taxi.
