This property exceeded expectations! The pictures do not do it justice! What an amazing experience. We loved everything about it..the amenities, location, just everything! Julie was amazing. She took the time to explain every detail. The views from the yard are breathtaking and the landscaping is amazing. We definitely will book every time we come to Napa!

The perfect stay! We came with a group of friends for birthday celebration We met with the property manager upon arrival who gave us a run down of the house and recommendations of the area. We had an incredible stay. The hot air balloons in the morning over the vineyard was magical. We cooked dinner for our group of 7 the first night at the house and had everything we needed. The only thing that would make this property more relaxing would be a hammock. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this place was exceptional from the moment we stepped in the door. We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough space to relax, eat, cook, and entertain. The bedrooms were clean and comfy with nice beds and hotel grade linens. The bathrooms were spotless. The neighborhood was clean, friendly, and welcoming. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house for you trip to Napa. It was nice and centrally located, maybe 20-40 minutes to all the big wineries depending on where you wanted to go. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a beautiful stay for us. There was lots of room to spread out (8 of us), and every room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I watched the balloons out of the master bedroom every morning. The beds were comfortable. One bedroom could use a box fan, but certainly not a reason to stop me from wanting to stay there again. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. There are plenty of places to eat comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and every house is well kept. The property manager greeted us and went over some rules, which I appreciated. She is really friendly and very helpful. All the beds were comfortable, which is important to me. The yards are beautiful and the backyard is so nice! We enjoyed BBQs and sitting amongst the beautiful plants.
