Dolly was fantastic communicating about check in/check in codes. Super friendly the next morning when we met her at breakfast. Room was very clean, breakfast was outstanding. Cute snack bar in the lobby with fresh cookies, fruit, candy and granola bars available if you need a snack.

We had a late arrival but didn't have any worries because the staff communicated very well! They were excellent at texting us information about the codes to get into the hotel and our room as well as details about parking. I called ahead of time to make sure we had some wine in the room, and they were very nice to make sure everything was chilled perfectly before our arrival. The room was comfortable and clean ... a definite bed and breakfast "feel." We found the housekeeping staff to be really nice. Our room was perfect every day. The complementary breakfasts were different each morning and quite delicious! A definite plus and pleasant surprise. The hotel is walking distance to everything in downtown Napa. We definitely recommend.

Great value! The rooms are small but other things make up for it. The breakfast was pretty good (and included) and it was such a quaint B&B feel. We walked to downtown Napa one morning (quick 5 minute walk) for breakfast. Free parking in the back. It was perfect for what we needed!
Staff insists on wearing masks yet greets / opens door mask-less. Great tub . After 30 minutes it was only 1/4 full . I'm guessing and hour to fill halfway ( good depth for soaking ) Slow : low water pressure ? Leaking drain ? Walking distance to riverfront ; restaurants..etc
